I have a lot of weight to lose, and i know exactly how i'm going to do. Last years i went carnivore for 21 days, i walked about 45 min 3 time a week (nothing special) and i followed OMAD one meal a day principles... I ate steak, chicken, pork chops, salmon, and always to full satiation, i never restricted anything. i even ate 2 meals a day a few times in those three weeks... In that time, lines on my face disappeared, and my skin became super radiant and hydrated, my life long dandruff completely went away, my hair which has been miniaturizing a beginning to bald stop shedding and became super strong at the root (back to the point where it actually hurt pulling on out of my head, like my teens, which if you suffer from balding, you know the hairs practically jump out of your head).. And best of all, my inflammation from injuries COMPLETELY disappeared, some of this inflammation i've had for over a decade.
I stopped the diet because of boredom, but the benefits are just too good to pass up.
