How i lost 40lbs in 21 days

I have a lot of weight to lose, and i know exactly how i'm going to do. Last years i went carnivore for 21 days, i walked about 45 min 3 time a week (nothing special) and i followed OMAD one meal a day principles... I ate steak, chicken, pork chops, salmon, and always to full satiation, i never restricted anything. i even ate 2 meals a day a few times in those three weeks... In that time, lines on my face disappeared, and my skin became super radiant and hydrated, my life long dandruff completely went away, my hair which has been miniaturizing a beginning to bald stop shedding and became super strong at the root (back to the point where it actually hurt pulling on out of my head, like my teens, which if you suffer from balding, you know the hairs practically jump out of your head).. And best of all, my inflammation from injuries COMPLETELY disappeared, some of this inflammation i've had for over a decade.
I stopped the diet because of boredom, but the benefits are just too good to pass up.
 
I did something similar to this when I lost 140 pounds. I fasted for about 30 days with the most minimal food and the weight just fell off. After the first 30 days of fasting I created a very minimal diet to follow in order to lose the rest of the weight. I went from 280 pounds to 140 pounds in four months! I guess whatever I do I do it to the millionth degree because I wanted to be as fast as possible. I lost the weight so fast that I get a interview in Miami when I was 280 pounds and then four months later I did an interview with GQ magazine and I weighed 140 pounds. People did not believe it was me, they thought it was impossible and I looked so much different, I don’t blame them for doubting it. But the proof is in the pudding as they say

Omg D, i remember you having that interview where you where talking about PE... And i remember you talking about switching to lower calorie options for snacks like pop corn and such and losing a ridiculous amount of weight im no time, and ever since i got fat i've been thinking about that! hahaha You definitely kill it when you commit.. but that a good thing, and i will do the same.

and there is a big word “commit“ When I put my mind to something that I want you better believe I’m gonna get it and I’m gonna get it as quickly as possible. When I dedicate myself to something watch out!

Oh, actually the interview i was thinking about was the documentary you were in... my bad... but i remember them saying you lot a crazy amount pf weight because of locking youself in the bathroom doing PE lol XD

I’ll try to find the videos but there’s one video of me being interviewed on the beach in Miami and then four months later is the documentary you saw. So between Miami and the documentary I dropped 140 pounds
 
Congrats man. I'm also fasting and just curious to know your energy levels and if you lost any power due to losing so much weight so soon.

during my fast I still ate three meals a day but they were very small. I ate just enough to keep my metabolism going. And the fasting only lasted one month.

Down 145 lbs, 20 more to go. The key for me is losing no more than 2 lbs of fat a week and I've been able to keep most of my muscle mass and strength by fasting while training in a fasted state. This is great diet when executed correctly, brother. Highly recommended.

I was dropping 2 pounds every other day during the fast. I also train while I was fasting and I did keep my muscle mass high while I lost mostly fat
