I measure my self only 2 times a year. Jan 1, july 1. My last measurement I was damn near 8. Put it like this, ever since I discovered matters if size, not only did I gain confidence, I became a monster in the bedroom with all the knowledge provided by the brotherhood!

I started at 6 inches bone press and now I'm currently at 8.25 inches bone press. It took me 1 year and 6 months and that's because I took a break from PE and also because I didn't do expressive stretching. Now that I know better, I can guide you to making gains of 2.5 inches in one year with only the length master as long as you are willing to follow my guidance.
