How do you cement gains?

Right now I am young and i have time on my hands. I spend roughly 3 hours everyday, doing PE. I don't know for how long this will be sustainable. One day im going to have a full time job, married, kids. I won't have the time in the future to put in 3 hours a day for PE. I was wondering how I can cement gains? I have spoken to many people who have told me they had done PE for a while but they lost there gains after they had stopped. My brother used to do PE when he was younger and he said he did it for 2 year, but went back to his original size after he had stopped. Any lads out there that cemented gains? if so, how?
 
End of day if you stretch and increase your inner Penis length it shouldn't be lost and shrink again
 
If you want to cement gains, do erect stretching.......
Just stretch your penis when it is erect

However, you need some gains first to cement those gains later.....
So make sure to erect stretch once or twice a week......
 
Read through SRT, it’s all about making your growth stick. Gaining is only one part of the program the other side of it is healing so I suggest using as many healing methods as possible.
 
I've not done PE since February but I do left and right bundled manual stretches for 10 minutes twice a week. I just hope this is enough to maintain my size. I dont want to lose my hard earned gains. I've added weight since I stopped PE.

That’s plenty to maintain your size especially if you have temporary gains. Why are you taking such a long break?

Just do the DLD newbie routine 3 times a week and you should be good. It takes almost no time and you will not lose anything but u suggest you never stop PE. We are here for the long run. Your penis health is even more important than your size. Stretch twice a week and NEVER stop jelqing and kegels. You can do kegels anytime/anywhere you want so it's ok. do jelqing 2/3 times a week while you are in the shower. Good luck my friend
 
If you have successfully stretched the tunica your gains should be permanent with limited retraction.

I agree. When I resumed using the length master last month, It took me only a week before I was able to do 3 rotations with the length master. I guess I didn't really lose any gains. My fat pad is the major obstacle. I've never been able to get rid of the bastard.
