How do I condition after being a way from PE for 5 months?

So I haven't been involved in PE for over 5 months and now I want to get back in. What routines would you guys recommend? I normally do hanging and stretches as I own a length master and a male hanger, what weight would be good to start with for conditioning? 5kg, 10kg? as for stretching, what stretching routines and for what duration? need to recondition before going for the heavy duty work.

also @Lightning, how do I change my username?
 
For hanging sets I’ve always gone 20 minutes per set. But I think you’re going to find the LM very powerful aside from hanging. There’s some many things you can do with the LM other than hanging. But with hanging the LM is awesome and with the new holes the Lengthmaster is better than ever!
