So I haven't been involved in PE for over 5 months and now I want to get back in. What routines would you guys recommend? I normally do hanging and stretches as I own a length master and a male hanger, what weight would be good to start with for conditioning? 5kg, 10kg? as for stretching, what stretching routines and for what duration? need to recondition before going for the heavy duty work.
