Hommade All Day stretcher ideas

Whats going on ? I made an ADS from Lowes materials. Its not very comfortable, was seeing if anyone has made one for themselves?
I bought a stretchy nylon rope with a noose, to tighten up at the penis head, i attched it to a velcro strap, around my calf area. I also wrap up before putting the noose on. It works decent for about 3 or 4 hours, then becomes very uncomfortable. Any ideas or mods to fix would be great!

You can only go so far with making things yourself. So I would use this method until you've exhausted. It, and at that point I would highly recommend you buy a SiliStretcher. This will give you greater strength and much more ability.

If you're planning to make one yourself, You have to understand two things:

1. Is it a vacuum-base device?
2. Is it noose/strap device like the extender with the support base?

Once you know what you want, you can design it accordingly. Yes, you can make the ADS using the extender base method through simple silicone/PVC with soft liner to hold your penis base in place as an extreme low-budget approach. If you're using a vacuum-base system, yes you can do it. However, those parts needs to have proper suction based on your glans's diameter. Normally, you can purchase those budgeted vacuum cups online. Those are not designed with longevity in mind. You have to retrofit them. We all used them in the past.

There are many sources you can purchase silicone products from. First, you can make your own silicone product using A + B solution mixes. I use them all the time to create specific hardness, stiffness, or even flexibility and durability. Less or more of A to more or less of B. Mix well, and you'll get what you need. It requires patience on your part.

If you're not technical enough, you can get silicone anything on the internet. The key is to search. Most thing you can think up, you have silicone everywhere. If not silicone, you got soft or intermediate rubber formulation.
