I was a lurker on pegym forum and now i'm here.

i'm doing pegym since 2017, i discovered this when i had a peyronie now i'm healed but i moslty focus on girth đź’Şand how to be really hard.
i stopped during one year, and now i'm ready to start again. my routine was to pump with a vacurect between 10 / 30 min then clamp it behind the shaft and sometimes at the beginning during 2 minute 3xtime.

sometimes during my pump i was using a plastic ring on my head for a bigger/better head, it kind of worked'.


so my size now is 17cm girth and 18cm length. i want to reach the 20 cm length and my girth is ok, but 18 x 20 would be pretty cool.
so thats it'

Hi brother @Revenge I'm interested in the status of your glans expansion approach. Mind sharing your experience thus far? An expanded glans can generate more pleasure per stroke than a mid shaft or base, in which the ladies do verify this through many statistical analytic. I'm always trying to maintain my glans at least 1cm to 1.5cm larger than the rest of my penile body. Do share your journey with us.
 
We need a new exercise for head expansion so please let us know your exercise
 
Speaking on glan exercises, i used to do one that consists of
1-grabbing the penis base with an inverted ok grip at a 80-100% erection
2- Do few kegels to pump more blood in
3- After the kegel I immediately tighten the ok grip to trap the blood in.
4-Add the middle finger the the grip, and slowly work my way up until all of my fingers are gripping my penis, and hold for 2-3 mins

A dynamic pressure can be incorporated here, just never tought of it before

I have an exercise to increase the size of the head called glan expansion. This should be available on the MOS DVD which is free to all members. So far not too many have tried. I would love to see more men try this so we can get some good data.
