Hi!
Im Uzzi, from Europe and started reading about PE seriously about a week ago.
I've known jelqing for ages now (yet never done it due to the many warning claims)
That's also my first bump in the road: a healthy penis.
So far I've seen many success stories, but sadly also a lot of failures to the depth of not feeling anything/getting erected on the forums (especially on the newbie parts).
To start off; ive had multiple bed partners, yet never heard them complain (have a wife rn and she is content with the penis size/girth)
I have a penis size which im okay with since i range within the low ends of average. mentally I'm stable and i just want to dip in the waters to see if i can go from a "okay" penis into a "amazing" penis. i tend to stick to the routine for a little longer and i don't need a " how can i gain 1-2 inches within x timeframe". For me personally its not a confidence issue.
Slow and steady wins the race i guess.
also I'm not big on the terms which people use (will get better eventually),
Penis size: 13,2 cm (5,2 inches for my American brothers)
girth: uncertain since i haven't measured it up.
I've measured this from my base till the tip (not under the balls or whatever)
Goals: i will keep it simple and cemented:
Penis size 15 cm (5,9 inch)
girth: 14 cm (5,5 inch)
So that's my dick part completed, now up to my whole body;
- age: 28, 182cm total (6 foot+ or so)
- I'm around 20% ish Bodyfat (working on it) i used to be around 13% so i can manage that again somewhere next year.
- i do smoke daily 5 or so cigs (came from a full pack a day btw) and am in the progress of quitting completely.
- i do mastrubate once in a while, especially when misses is on her monthly periods/when she is gone for some time
- i never experienced lack of EQ, apart from 1 time when i was stressed the fk out.
-my lady doesn't know I'm currently going for this, however i will notice her soon as i figured out a schedule for myself.
How fool proof are some of these "work-outs" in terms of permanent damage?
-- least thing i want is to destroy my penis thus also sex life..
Can i start off with no gear to start my PE journey?
Whats the better way to fare? Lenght first of girth or a combo of both?
How many times should i workout for the first 4 months?
-- How many minutes should i dedicate?
I did check out DLD's program, but it seemed a tad bit leaning towards the advanced side of things. could be wrong here...
So far i got no gear/equipment to stimulate the growth.
