If you can expedite shipping please.
The reason i'm asking here is that my previous order took two weeks until the package was delivered to the carrier and no one responded by email either.

I also saw now that the shop website is down. Hopefully everything is ok.

@DLD, mind chiming in with the brother on the order?

MoS Shop was down temporarility because because the main server was doing some kind of maintenance on their side in relation to China-hack prevention. IBM was doing the same crazy suite of upgrades for hardware as well.

It has now been 5 business days since I placed my order (including today), and the package still has not been handed over to the carrier.
I paid for expedited shipping, but that extra charge serves little purpose if the package remains at your facility for a week or longer before being shipped.
Could you please provide an update on the status of my order and let me know when it will be handed over to the carrier?
 
We have been in this exact same loop in the previous time. I sent it.
You can see the order in your system even without my email or just call sales.
