Yeah mate that would be a very good starting point. Carry out that routine and you should feel a serious burn on your pc muscle at the end of it. When you stop feeling the burn then add in a few more techniques and kegels till it's adequate. Also can I ask how many days on/off do you do in a week? At first when I trained 2 days on 1 day off I had a pretty bad eq drop. Hope this helps mate.Ok.....

Well when I myself do kegels by the end of the routine I can literally feel the strain on my pc muscle. It should get to the point where on the one minute hold you are struggling and have to increase the kegel. I did see some gains and somewhat better EQ......
However, this is a never ending task....
The bigger is your penis, the more kegels you have to do everyday......

The reason I am asking this is because I started to see decrease in EQ now-a-days (in winters)......
In summers, my EQ was good. Also, PE was easier in summers......
So.....
How am I suppose to take care of my penis in winters?

When I kegel, my butt clenches a little......
I know that when one is supposed to kegel, only the PC muscles are supposed to flex.....
In my case, some of my other muscles are also working while kegels....

This is normal because when you do a Kegel your entire floor muscles are engaged. You could feel it from your abdomen all the way to your anus. Most people, myself included, feel it at the base of the penis and in the anus.
Is it possible to use something like a "Abs Stimulating Belt" to contract your pelvic floor muscles? I was looking at if it was possible to do that as a kegel alternative. Here's a picture on google.
This thing is suppossed to help muscles contract automically which helps it grow. Would that not work for kegels?

Just out of curiosity, where would you put the device? Directly above the penis or under the testicles?
If my stomach pushes out and my abs tighten during the 'push' part, does that mean I'm doing it right or wrong?
