HELP!!! MY KEGELS ARE GETTING WEAKER!!!!!

I am having this problem since I have crossed the 6.5" mark.....
My kegels are getting weaker......
My dick is not as hard as it should......
And my dick hurts (a little) on its way to erection.......
 
Wait.....Wait.....Wait......
Somebody explain ED to me......

ED means Erectile Dysfunction. Which means inability to get an erection.
I can get an erection. But it somewhat hurts when my penis is going erect. Once it is erect it does not hurt anymore......

Does ED also means pain while getting an erection?
 
How many kegels are you doing, @Avglen61 ?
Not a lot actually......
I find kegels very time consuming......
Thus I only do around 50 or something......

I found that my kegels are getting weaker when I tried to make my penis bounce during an erection but couldn't lift it up entirely.......
 
Yes please trust in me and do as I ask you to do because It will only benefit you. I am here to let you know that through my 20 years of experience to have trust in the brotherhood in the members share that help
 
Bro, before you get worried I would seriously start doing the full kegel routine that dld put in the newbie and srt routine. 50 kegels a day is no way near putting enough strain on your pc muscle to develop it as your penile organ grows. If you did the 100 quick kegels, followed by 50x5 seconds kegels followed by a 1 min straight kegel I guarantee you will see much better results from your erections and this will provide a good building block for your further erect gains to become cemented.

Yeah mate that would be a very good starting point. Carry out that routine and you should feel a serious burn on your pc muscle at the end of it. When you stop feeling the burn then add in a few more techniques and kegels till it's adequate. Also can I ask how many days on/off do you do in a week? At first when I trained 2 days on 1 day off I had a pretty bad eq drop. Hope this helps mate.
 
Kegels are vital to everyone’s growth in a big way. If you gain size and you do not have the strength needed he will have serious erection quality issues. Remember with the larger member it will demand much more blood flow and that blood flow comes from the pelvic floor muscles. The only way to train these muscles is through using Kegels. This will help you build strength and endurance for active use. It also comes with some caveats that you may not understand just yet; things like multiple orgasms, shorter or no refractory period etc.

I recently did some hard kegels and I felt some pain in the abdomen. I think you are referring to the abdomen pain when you said "burn".

Well when I myself do kegels by the end of the routine I can literally feel the strain on my pc muscle. It should get to the point where on the one minute hold you are struggling and have to increase the kegel. Hope this helps.
 
Everyone is different when it comes to Kegels and how their body will react to it but ultimately you want to get to a place where you’re doing them subconsciously throughout the whole day. The more the better as it builds endurance and as I stated earlier doing wet towel raises will build the pelvic floor muscles strength. These two factors make doing Kegels so important. And as you heard me say before, if you get a bigger penis and you do not have stronger pelvic floor muscles you will suffer some degree of importance. For keeping your erection quality at its highest while your game and size is imperative to get in Kegels.

Good to hear mate. Just keep it at daily and soon it will all come together.

It’s amazing how quickly the pelvic floor muscle strength them once we take Kegels seriously. And there’s no limit to the strength and endurance we can build by using these exercises. A lot of men don’t want to do Kegel work because it doesn’t give them an immediate result, the results are hidden and they arise as greater EQ as you get stronger and stronger.

You have to imagine that as your penis gets larger you’re going to need more blood flow and the only way to increase blood flow and the ability to hold that blood flow is making your pelvic floor muscles as strong as possible with great endurance. All in all I would say erection quality is king because without it we could not use our penis in sexual situations.
 
Does temperature affects your erection quality?

The reason I am asking this is because I started to see decrease in EQ now-a-days (in winters)......
In summers, my EQ was good. Also, PE was easier in summers......

Many things effect EQ and one of them is cold. Other things could be stress, suppression, OCD, fatigue and many other reasons.

How am I suppose to take care of my penis in winters?

You don’t really need to do anything, the penis is going to act the way the penis acts. You could use heat to counter this but if you’re not Undressing in front of someone or in a sexual situation I would not worry about it.

When I kegel, my butt clenches a little......

I know that when one is supposed to kegel, only the PC muscles are supposed to flex.....
In my case, some of my other muscles are also working while kegels....

Please Help......

This is normal because when you do a Kegel your entire floor muscles are engaged. You could feel it from your abdomen all the way to your anus. Most people, myself included, feel it at the base of the penis and in the anus.

Is it possible to use something like a "Abs Stimulating Belt" to contract your pelvic floor muscles? I was looking at if it was possible to do that as a kegel alternative. Here's a picture on google.

This thing is suppossed to help muscles contract automically which helps it grow. Would that not work for kegels?

That could work I never really thought about it but it does make sense. You should give it a go and let us know how it goes. Anything that a member tries that works we will add to the store. Be a creator and give us some new techniques!

I like to try new things, I will test it out.
Just out of curiosity, where would you put the device? Directly above the penis or under the testicles?

You could do it either way but I was thinking you were going to do it below the balls?
 
If my stomach pushes out and my abs tighten during the 'push' part, does that mean I'm doing it right or wrong?

That is correct since PC muscles are connected to abdominal and sphincter muscles
