I'm new member of MOS and I would start by saying a big thanks to all members in this forum for sharing your tips, exercices, motivations, experiences .. But as a new member, there is a lot of post in this forum and I really don't know how to start my reading to optimize by progression here.

I have multiple goal here :
1 - I don't know why but for some reason my dick is always in turtle mode, when i'm walking, go to the gym. When I'm totally relaxed, my dick get bigger in flaccid mode. There is somebody who has this problem in the past ? How can I resolve this issue ?
2 - My actual penis size in erect is 6 inch and 4.3 inch in flaccid mode. I want to increase my dick size into 7 inch in longer. For girth I will see later is not my priority right now. Can you tell me how can I reach this goal ? How many times it should be took ? And it is necessary to buy equipment to begin my PE enlargement process ?
3 - There is any proof of the newbie routine ? How many month I should do this routine ? By following this manual routine rigorously, I should gain 2 inch also ? I'm not saying that I have a doubt on DLD's routine but I would like to have a real source of motivation to get started and have the best results.
4 - I don't really see others routines, advanced routines ? When can I think about a new routine ?

I would like to answer your questions.......

1. I don't have this issue. @DLD might know about this.......

2. Good to hear that your dick is already more than average. To increase the length of the penis, just stretch. Watch some videos at Welcome to Matters of Size. You do not need any equipment necessarily. If you are having any difficulty in doing exercises, then you can buy equipments.

3. I am a living proof of newbie routine. I did newbie routine for 1 year straight(only length) and gained 1.5"+. For how long should you do newbie routine depends upon your health, physique, etc..... If you think you have reached plateau, then you should up your game and try some medium level or advanced exercises. Do not put a lot of stress on your penis because you are still a beginner.

4. As long as you are a beginner, follow newbie and SRT. After some time when your body adapts to PE, then you can try other exercises......

Remember that when I was using the Newbie routine I was training up to 12 hours a day. So I would do the routine 3 to 4 times a day. At every other time I was using heat and doing lazy ass stretches. This is usually way too much for most people. So I highly recommend that you go to SRT to start training as this is the most modern routine available and it focuses highly on growth and healing to bring the fastest results. Had a readthrough SRT and let me know any questions you may have.

As far turtling goes, Get yourself the all new silly get yourself the all new SiliStretcher and a new Duro sleeve or Ace to work into your program. The best method to stopping the turtle affect is by keeping yourself elongated all day and all night. Eventually your penis will learn to remain elongated.

Can I get elongated by wearing just a silisleeve without any stretcher ?! The goal is to increase progressively bloood in my dick by wearing a silisleeve after each days routine and also before sleep .. it's possible that all my questions was already answered in others thread .. im really sorry for this :(

I want to start without buying any equipement ! I want to see by myself if basic manual exercises work good. But there is human or genetics limit with gains ? What is the average of people who started from the bottom and now appreciate 100% their dick ?

I've already tested bathmat but I stopped few months after when I was 19 years old. The gains appear quickly but they disappear also very quickly ..

That’s the biggest part of that people miss about me and my routine, they think I did it once a day when really I did it 3 to 4 times a day. But that is not necessary today with SRT. An hour of SRT is equal to what I used to do it much less time with much more effectiveness.

As I told you before you can do a completely manual version of SRT but it will require a cock ring and a sleeve or a Ace. All of this is available in the store at a very low price. You do not have to use these things but they are definitely going to help you heal in the fastest possible way.
