Heavy hanging

Would hanging 20-30 pounds in weight working way up in weight if possible for 4X5 minute's per morning then all day stretch be enough to get gain's? I would bathmate in the evening for 30 minute's too. Thinking maybe 1 inch length over a year with a 1 inch plus girth, thank's!
 
You will definitely be doing something. Any pe will yield resultsacross many factors. I always write the routine, follow it and measure over time to determine an opinion.
 
Hanging is not something encourage to do, but those who have experiences from the days of yore, there are specific rules of thumb:

1. Do not exceed 0.5lbs of weight incremental a week. Optimally, 0.5lbs every 2 or 3 weeks.

2. Do not go from unwarmed up hanging past 7lbs, even if your penis is conditioned. Always give a few minutes at low weights before high.

3. Don't go to high too fast. Meaning, don't go from the starting weight of 2.5lbs to 20lbs within a month. This is penile injury city.

4. There is no upper weight limit, but do not hang more than 5 minutes at a time with high weights. You are cutting off blood flow to the glans or the stressed coupling area for your hanging weights.

With all that in mind, I believe some brothers go as high as 50lbs and more. I stop at 15lbs. I used the Length Master or heavy handed manual stretches to break down the tissues before any hanging. This will reduce the amount of weight loads and time for hanging before reaching fatigues.

Hanging does have a larger learning curve and preconditioning requirements due to the unique monsters called gravitational pressure and friction. They are constant, powerful, and also dangerous. If the hanging weight is no more than 7lbs, then that's not a problem in term of lazy man's stretches while watching TV. If that's the case, a stretcher or traction device is more than enough.
