From reading this very helpful site, I can see that the consensus for increased length appears to be to use an ADS after doing manual stretches, preferably with a stretching device like the Lengthmaster. Some days I have the time and privacy needed to do that. Other days, just due to work and family commitments, it's a little tougher... especially during the Summer with kids home lol.
I'm wondering if anyone here has any firsthand experience with just using an ADS like the Silistretcher and seeing gains. I know Phallosan did a study where it looks like their users had good results presumably only using their device with nothing else. It looks like no other real studies have been done so I'm looking for anecdotal experience from you guys.
I plan on doing stretches with the Lengthmaster when I can, but am hoping I will still see some gains even when I can only use an ADS for most of the week.
What do you guys think? Anyone doing this?
