I have a heating fan going during my workout, to keep adding heat to the tissue (MOS-RED afterwards). Maybe this is your problem? That is: During your workout the tissue gets to cold.

Keeping the tissue warm is on key to fast gains.Just wanted to say I HIGHLY reccommend a infrared light of some sort too.
I also use one when doing my stretching and jelqing, it’s a really good investement and way of keeping the tissue more warm and thus more pliable making gaining even easier.
