Good morning everyone.
I just placed an order for a mityvac today and a silisleeve last night.

I have been stretching on and off for a while. Got a little bit of a routine started in the last two weeks and gained almost .5 inch in stretched length in that time. I guess that was enough to make me want to try a little harder.

I've used the mityvac twice now.

By the second set I'm nearly packing the entire 2 inch tube. I didn't expect that. My head almost won't go in the tube but the shaft fits okay. I pack the tube about half way up the shaft then there's a gap for half the shaft.

Will my head being snug cause loss of suction to the shaft below?

I get almost no residual expansion either. Ssj I feel very little. I assume by the end of the week the results will get a little more noticeable.
 
Since I can't get a really good seal it bleeds off. I pump up to 6 or 7 let it bleed down for a few seconds to less than 3, then pump it back up. Then I tried just Keeping it at a steady 5 for a bit. Max I hit was 8 and that was by accident
 
If it makes any difference my girth near the base for the first inch or two has always been quite a bit larger than the middle

I would recommend getting the Mityvac pump sleeve. It keeps me from having any drops in pressure.

Practice makes perfect. And btw I’m not surpised at all that you’re packing the tube as I did so myself at 5,1 inches girth with the same tube size.

It’s quite the pleasant surprise when you pack a tube you maybe thought you wouldn’t pack. Though that’s great for gaining both length and girth.

Just wanted to say that and welcome to the brotherhood, wishing you great gains in the future. And as someone already mentioned, get the Lengthmaster 3 if you want that extra length, just a pro tip.
 
I noticed when I pump my glans is completely packing the tube and with a water seal I can trap air under it and it won't come out. I think that it is preventing pressure build up below it on the shaft. When I pump I get absolutely 0 post pump girth. Do you think this is the reason?

Sounds like you need a bigger tube. It looks like you've only had this one a couple weeks. Perhaps you can exchange it for the next size up?

What do you mean?
You are nearly packing the 2" tube, but you don't feel any expansion? If this is the case, you need a wider tube.

Well. I think when I felt like I was packing the tube it was more of an illusion to my eyes.

It compresses on the top but as far as underneath it isn't touching.

However my glans seems to be like a wine cork stopping up the tube solidly so I believe my shaft isn't getting much outward expansion in that case. I did order a 2.25 tube just now and I'll experiment with both

Okey. I understand. Yes! A wider (more diameter) tube would be the best.
 
My expectation is that some girth should be visible to the tape when coming out of the tube after a pump correct? I actually get zero change when measuring directly out of the tube. Perhaps it takes a while for your tissue to get accustomed to the pressure before it will actually allow expansion?

When I was using a Bathmate pump, I saw a temporary girth gain outside of the pump, of approximately 0.5 inches EG.

On your last question I believe the answer is yes.
How long have you been using a pump?

How much of pressure are you using? As long as you enter the pump erect and you are pumping at a high pressure, there will always be expansion after pumping for 5 minutes.

If you are not getting expansion at all, this means you are not using enough pressure.
 
You’ll most likely get much more expansion with the 2,25 inch tube, and as everybody says you should definitely get some temporary girth expansion out of the tube as well when pumping the correct way.

If your penis is conditioned enough try to experiment a bit with going over 10hg pressures, start off slowly and try to go up to 12-15hg though only for a little while, like 30-60 seconds at the end of each set. At least that’s what I used to do and experienced zero negative effects from that, only expanded even more in both length and girth.

But if you try it and feel any discomfort/pain at that high a pressure then just quickly release the pressure a bit.

Btw do you perform SSJ(slow squash jelqs) between the pumping sets? If you don’t then go to the video section and learn those and implement it into your pumping routine for better and more permanent girth gains. They also reduce fluid retention quite a bit too. Not that I got much fluid retention from the MityVac, which is a top notch pump.

8-10 min of SSJ(4 sets of 1 min each) then pump full force for 5 min. Repeat this cycle 3 times,the program is called 5x5x3.

Can you show us what you are doing with picures and/or a video? I will be easier to help you that way.

A cylinder of: 2 Inch will accommodate a girth EG/expansion (circumference) of: 5.08π cm (~15.96 cm) = ~ 6.28 Inch of girth/expansion.

A cylinder of 2.25" will accommodate a girth EG/expansion (circumference) of: 5.715π cm (~17.95 cm) = ~ 7.07 Inch of girth/expansion.

This is according to mathematics of a cylinder/circle.

You want to have a cylinder that isn't to snug when you are maximizing girth gains.

If you have a to narrow cylinder that you are expanding hard into, you will force the tissue to elongate forward (towards the valve), since the tissue have no space to expand more at girth and width. You can view the penis tissue like a balloon. It expands in all directions. But if you limit the expansion in one direction, in this case the girth. It will instead expand at the length.

From personal experiences with Bathmate pumps you want to increase the intensity progressively, thereby the pressure/vaccum as you get used to the intensity. This is essential to force the penis to grow.

@hugh-girth is the expert to talk to, when it comes to the MityVac pumping system.

Have you watched videos about how to perform the Slow Squash Jelq? In the MOS DVD they are called;
Isolated Compression Squeezes.

I would advice you to go up to 10hg at least, for no longer than 5 min each session. I promise you you’ll get much more expansion that way. Your penis should definitely be girthier and even hanging lower after a well done pumping session. Just build up to that pressure by going slowly on the pumping part.

The penis can handle a lot more than you would think it could. You need to get some proper expansion to actually grow bigger and at the same time practice those SSJ’s.

For me, personally, 10hg ain’t nothing, hence me going up to 15hg and even higher for about a minute. Though 10hg should suffice in your case.
 
10 seems very intense and nearing painful. I suppose I can work my way up to it. My 2.25 shipped today so maybe it won't be as painful under that pressure.
No worries brother you’ll soon get used to going up to 10hg, and I can understand it may seem a bit scary since you haven’t done it before. Though I promise you won’t regret it once you get used to it.

And yes, it might feel a bit better with a wider tube, just have to try it and see. Btw are you going for length or girth primarily, or both at the same time? I’m just asking as a wider tube will push girth more but a smaller tube is perfect for both length and some girth.
 
That video made a helluva lot of sense, and as DLD/Guru said doing them will also allow for a better stretch of the tunica later on, since its widened during the SSJ. Makes me wanna do a girth routine in the evenings even more.

Always lengthwork before girthwork. The expansion from girthwork can interfer with lengthwork.

I did a Bathmate session before attaching in the chamber of the LENGTHMASTER 3 in the past. I ended up with blisters.

I stretch hard, no grip fatigue (been doing heavy weight lifting for years, live on a farm, etc.)

I feel like I could pull that thing off if I wanted to. I just don't know how hard to pull and I don't seem to be able to find any real answer about that.

I know I should get the lengthmaster but I cannot right now.

I did notice that pulling last night I felt the pull up higher in my groin than I had been. Good sign?

You should stretch as hard as you can. Your mind will not let you pull off your penis, trust me I know. Your penis can handle a lot.
I stretch as hard as I can now with LENGTHMASTER 3, and I haven't pulled off my penis jet. 🙂
I have no weak hands. I hold the stretches for 5 minutes each.

I have always been stretching with high stretching force = maximum elongation = fastest gains (even when I was just using my hands).

Just mentioning:
It's important to do bundled stretches, and implement reverse Kegels in the stretches.

*Edit: The LENGTHMASTER 3 have unlimited power, so you need to hold back. But you can still stretch your penis to the intensity, that some may think you will pull your penis off your body. But you will not.

Another question. As I have added time under pump and as I accumulate sessions I'm noting that it takes less pressure and/or less time to get the same or better value on the Guage

For example, under 5 inches of pressure previously it would pump to the 6.5 line, now by the second set it's going past 7 at the same pressure.

Is this due to tissue getting more accustomed to pumping?

I feel like I may get some good results with this if I stay dedicated
 
Alright so I just finished my second set and I check each time to see if my girth has changed at all. This is the first time it has done anything and I have 1/4 inch in girth after the second one. This gives me a little hope in the process
