I've been on and off these past months with PE, i made this thread to stay consistent and focus on my goal (8 inches) maybe even more,
Set up:
SG + VLC = (dick GAINZ, GET THE VLC)
Manual Stretching
Routine for this month:
I warm up when i'm done working out, i go shower and place hot/warm water on my dick, i cover my balls with my hand
After that: Ball massage 5 mins/ Manual Stretching 10 min
SG as long as possible ( i put in on low/medium tension )
After i'm done doing 5hrs on the SG, I do 10 mins Erect Stretching ( Too cement the little gains i made )Then put on the SG till i go to sleep
I will be bringing up the intensity every month, I'll stop length work the beginning of 2022 and begin girth work so that gives me 1.5 years to reach my goal.
I'll be posting pictures because i'm not ashamed at all, with the measurements (proof) I'll post everyday for consistence
