Been doing some Research o
green light therapy and it’s potential benefits on discoloration. It’s been proven to reduce skin pigment, redness, age spots, freckles and even jaundice. In the article below you can see how the green light waves penetrate into the skin and break up different pigmentations under the skin. It also is known to brighten the skin and give it a healthy glow. So I figure it can’t hurt To try in conjunction with my red light therapy for prevention.
I bought a little light therapy wand device for like $70 that does blue, green and red light. I’ll be doing green light once per day from now on and monitoring the effects it has or doesn’t have on my slight discoloration.
If anyone else has experience with green light therapy feel free to chime in!
