Glans twisted clockwise

Hi, I have a problem that I have since May 2019. I'll try & explain as briefly as possible. It was during a hanging session with the LG Hanger. My penis accidently got erect during a hanging session & the wrapping had come off my glans.


When I took off the LG? I noticed my shaft just below my glans was swollen. There was a lump because of the vacuum from the LG hanger & my glans was twisted clockwise around 45 degrees.


So I decided to stop using any penis devices altogether hoping the injury was temporary & that my glans would straighten out by itself.

My glans is twisted when flaccid & erect. It's embarrassing. What can I do to straighten my glans?


I'm thinking about buying a penis pump with a narrow cylinder. I have an upward curved penis & my glans is twisted/rotated clockwise.


Like I said, instead of my glans/ penis peehole being (I), it's like (/). So my glans is twisted 45 degrees. It starts 1 inch below the glans too it's rotated clockwise.


So I'm looking to buy a penis pump with a narrow cylinder hoping it will straighten my glans & the shaft of my penis. It makes sense since if the penis pump cylinder is tight, my penis will straighten out in the narrow cylinder. I'd choose the narrowest cylinder of 1.5 inch of diamater. The LeLuv has a even smaller cylinder of 1.35 inch


But my fear is that the narrow cylinder will make my glans smaller or make it shrink ( I wouldn't want that as I'm happy I have a mushroom head glans so I don't want to lose having that)


Also I fear it will make my penis thinner, less thicker ( I have a pretty thick penis. I wouldn't want to end up with a thinner penis) The circumference of my penis is around 5 inches ( the width of me penis is around 2 inches)


So if I was to buy the pump with the narrowest cylinder: 1.5 inch (3.8cm) is there any risk it would make my penis thinner & my glans smaller?


Would it straighten my upward curve & my twisted glans?

Thank you for your questions my brother. How did you manage to make your head crooked? Is this something you did by accident or is this something you were born with? My advice is very similar to what you’re saying as far is making your penis straight. In making your penis straight it will also include your head and using a narrow Mityvac cylinder with cause great correction. Just takes anywhere from six months to 12 months. I did this myself and it took a year.
