Glans partially pale while using Penimaster vacuum cap for 3 hrs extender sessions

So I solved problem where I got edema in foreskin upon using vacuum extender Penimaster Pro.

I solved it by using a glans sleeve which protects glans and foreskin and sucks it only glans.

I manage to wear penimaster pro for 3 hrs comfortably now.

However, I noticed something else.

It is not a big thing, but my glans seem to "stretch out" within the chamber. This is actually good as it pulls the glans longer and potentially could fix the sagging foresking issue (right now my foreskin is way longer than glans, making it look not good).

However, only issue I'm having from these elongated pulled in glans is that the first half of my glans get paler after 3 hr session. Not overly pale, slightly, but noticeable. They go back to normal once I take it off within 5-10 minutes or so.

I plan on never using extender for more than 3hr in one session, so is this really a risk?

The extender seems to be working very well otherwise now and I want to put in lots of hours. I'm just slightly worried that this could be damaging long term?

And what could be done to mediate this?

would not go longer than two hours if you’re seeing paleness. I try to check every hour but I will try to get to a time that allows you to get as much him without the head becoming deflated and without blood. Maybe cut down in an hour and see if that helps. You can also after you’re finished with your session, do some head squeezes which will help flush the head with blood bring in color back quickly.

I won't even go more than 1 hour with any device out there. 1 hour at a time. Remove device, massage the penis for blood circulation and put the device back on.
