About a month ago, I decided to work on girth as much as possible and put length on the back burner. As I've said before, my schedule is wonky so some weeks I get more in than others. I started SSJ's and pumping. I get my SSJ's in every day, but pumping sometimes doesn't happen. Started out at 5" EG and decided to do a quick measurement this morning, since I haven't pumped, and I am at 5.5" base(don't know what starting base was, but not that) and 5 1/8" MSEG. I could tell it was a little thicker, by holding it. This just really motivates me to sneak in some more pump time and some extra sets of SSJ's! I started out pumping at 22 kPa for 5 minute sets, then bumped it up to 35 kPa for 10 minutes about the start of the third week. Pretty sore after those days. I'll bump up yo 40kPa for the last two minutes of the 10 minutes now and do some erect stretches. See how those turn out.
