I started PE back in the early 2000s I was about 5/12 inches long in high school I hit 6 and a half inches in my early 20s. Last month I was at 7.5 inches in length and girth is at an even 6 inches. I started using the new LM I purchased last month and during sex I could tell that my erect state was a bit longer and I was hitting way deeper. My girlfriend told me she feels the difference. It’s definitely longer. I’ve been a bit more gentle because she says she feels. Painful jolt when I go too deep. This works and I’ve manually done it myself over the years. I just got lazy, comfortable with my size and stopped. I know I’m a fast gainer and I think I’ll stop at 8 to 9 inches .

I am myself do PE manually....
I have the same goal as yours(7.5x6.5)
Any tips you can give?
 
Mainly the A-stretch, slow milking jelgs and that one girth exercise where you use both hands to mash the penis into itself.

I used to do a slow milking jelq . Sometimes I would hold blood in there and push it to my head and hold it in, now I see guys using clamps... much easier than the old school way. I actually started doing bundle stretches and weights give me a good stretch. Most of my girth Gaines definitely came from the double handed mash. ( I don’t know the proper name) lol. You hold both ends and kinda compress them together

No, you are NOT a fast gainer. What happened is that you started at a perfect age during High School, I assume you were still under 18? If that is the case, your growth plates are still open and ALL your tissues and bones are still growing and expanding. Under exercise, growth is GUARANTEED and all the tissues surrounding your ligaments, tunica and septum will adapt to the new size by growing too.

If I could go back in time I would be hanging cars from my dick when I was 13. By the time my growth plates close I would be 25 inches ?

No, you are NOT a fast gainer. What happened is that you started at a perfect age during High School, I assume you were still under 18? If that is the case, your growth plates are still open and ALL your tissues and bones are still growing and expanding. Under exercise, growth is GUARANTEED and all the tissues surrounding your ligaments, tunica and septum will adapt to the new size by growing too.

My girth gains came fast in my late 20’s. I don’t do much now because it’s sometimes hard to get a good grip.

Makes sense because after growth plates close depending on the individual length gains become way more difficult due to type of tissues. Girth is much easier since is composed by smooth muscle that can be grown at any age. But tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, comes determined by DNA and stop growth when growth plates close. Again, depending on the individual some will be able to pull gains after.
