So it's been about 20 months or so since starting PE. Started with obsessive use of a Penomet pump and quickly moved on to extending, then hanging, which is mostly what I do now. Growth at the start was phenomenal but I think because of my age (50s) I was actually a little larger when I was younger, so my fast gains at the start were probably partly due to regaining what I lost. I gained about 1.5 inches in about a year and the rest of the time has been a long slog with slower and slower gains until now where I'm at about 1/16th inch every 4 months.
I've recently started increasing the stress in my workouts so hopefully I can shave some time off my plan to get to 8.5 by October. Even if it takes longer I'm still pleased with where I am. I have a smidge over 2 inches more than I had, so no complaints. I have an "official" measurement I take every 4 months or so, so hopefully by end of March I'll see another 1/16th.
