I grew 1 cm in 1 month last year and since then I pretty much stopped gaining as I only did PE sporadically. A long vaccation fucked me over and I havent been so serious about it since but now I have enough time and passion to make serious gains
Just wanted to make this thread to keep me motivated and ask some questions.
Im going hardcore again but this time I will do hanging too. I did some hanging today for the first time and it was amazing.
I will combine hanging, manual PE, the bathmate, clamping and if time allows a bit of an extender
My questions guys are how much is the minimum time to hang in a week and what weight is considered enough to notice gains ? Should I do all sets in a row or spread them out through the day ?
