Gains From Beginner Routine

Hi All, I've been here a few months just gathering as much information as i can. A question i have is, anyone on here who has been successful with the routines provided on here. what has been the gains from the phase 1 exercises?

Is there anyone on here that are not able to buy the equipment and just do it by hand? if so, how significant were your gains from were you started from?
 
Do collect info like your life depends on it, and ask questions like there is no tomororw before you start PE.

Everyone is different on their gains. Some exceeded expectation, and some had lack lustered gains. But overall, eveyrone have gained. All the exercises and routines, either be the default or the modified, generated results. Some brothers have gone through many years of PE, and the tissues became too tough to break through. Our brother @9.5inchpro is beast when it comes to keep breaking the barrier with little to no gains because he has dense penile tissues. He may be a hard grower, but there are cellular breakdown little by little. We're still trying to observe his logs and work with him to see which works and which don't. He's our canary to the hard limit plateau that we all eventually will reach, and we're trying to formulate plans to prevent reaching that hard plateau.

As for working using manual works by hand, orginally, those exercises were for manual. But, you'll hit a point where the exercises using hands only will not be enough to break the tough soft tissues. You'll reach hand cramps and leverages. This is why we're trying to work the routines smarter and not harder with mechanical assist.
