Hi All, I've been here a few months just gathering as much information as i can. A question i have is, anyone on here who has been successful with the routines provided on here. what has been the gains from the phase 1 exercises?
Is there anyone on here that are not able to buy the equipment and just do it by hand? if so, how significant were your gains from were you started from?
