Hey everyone (but mainly for DLD and Lightning),

I've been back at PE for a year now after taking 13 years off. I am trying to find my original before pics, which are linked in my signature. This was on the old forum platform, so I don't know how to find those files. I cannot figure out how to private message anyone, so I'm posting a thread. Would DLD or Lightning have access to files that were uploaded on the old forum?

Unfortunately, the email address I was using at that time (and might have the files saved there) is inactive, and microsoft isn't allowing me to regain access. Thank you!

Welcome back, you started around my current size and nearly gained 2 whole inches. What would be your best tips and how did you do it? If you don't mind me asking. I'd do anything to even get that first inch. Currently stretching consistently + bathmate.

Even after a 13-year hiatus, I kept just about all of my gains (lost about 1/8" length). Let that convince you this work can have permanent results. Be safe with it, but always work to achieve a little more elongation/expansion with every few weeks that go by. Aside from my newbie gains, I never gained more than 0.5" in one year, so you have to be patient, consistent, and diligent. If you aren't focused and life gets in the way, take a break. Don't just go through the motions. Do some length and girth training even if your emphasis is on one or the other. Your current plan sounds like it can work. Adjust your routine when it fails to produce measurable results after a month.

I used a variety. I did use a compression hanger early on, and gained from it, but that was medieval torture. Vacuum hanging was much more comfortable and allowed longer sets. I also used a product called Static Stretcher, which is no longer available but was basically a low-tension, long-duration ADS in addition to the vacuum hanging. For girth, I attribute most of my gains to clamping. Back then, I just used a cable clamp. Today, I am mixing in an inflatable clamp device, "pria-pumping" (see enlargement unlimited for info on that), and hydropumping. I think all three have their unique advantages over each other.

The length master if used in the same way I did will deliver 1.5 inches to 2 inches in a 12 months period. But you have to use it for 1 hour daily. 20mins each set.

Some people can gain 2.5 inches in same 12 months period. It all depends on the routine, intensity, consistency, rest and the diet.

Thank you for that answer. It's hard to wait for something that good as the lengthmaster. It sounds like such a game changer, compared from just using your hands.

Appreciate the response! For it to last after 13 years is truly remarkable, will definitely stay disciplined. As I am in the process of newbie gains would love to know how that process went for you and what kind of results you were seeing. I haven't seen any gains yet however early days and definitely stronger erections, will reevaluate each month. Currently stretching 5 times a week full session, 100 kegels after stretching and use the bath mate. I'm hoping to realistically get 0.5 inches by august, and then hopefully that first inch by 2024. Good that you're back on the journey hopefully one day we will both be in here after reaching that 2inch goal.

I didn't keep detailed records back then (wish I had), but want to say I gained about 0.5" in the first three months using the newbie routine along with a noose-style extender. There were no vacuum cup extenders on the market yet. I didn't gain a measurable amount of girth until I began clamping. I believe the Bathmate also has potential to deliver similar results as clamping. Just be sure to keep sets limited to 10 minutes and pump slowly for safety reasons. I have gotten a few "gaiter bites" when I wasn't using the comfort sleeve. Those are not fun.

The "gater bite" is the most fun when using the Bathmate pump. It feels like a gator is biting at your penis. I wish Bathmate could take in feedback from their users and make it even better.

For example:
Do the HydroXtreme verions need as much rubber at the base as the hydromax versions? Probably they reduce the production cost in keeping them the same. They only need to change out the valve to make it a HydroXtreme version.

You have an external pump on the HydroXtreme version, you would think that they could reduce the "gators" teeth (rubber creases) somewhat in the HydroXtreme versions? This is more important for the people that can't use the comfort insert.

I think clamping is gone now as a method, I think I have heard it's to dangerous, is this true?

I do have an external pump and think it reduces the liklihood of receiving a gaiter bite. That said, I still use the comfort insert as a preventative. What would prevent someone from being able to use the insert?

I have never personally been injured from clamping, but can see how a cable clamp could put too much pressure on the dorsal nerve. Limit sets to 10 minutes and that risk becomes much smaller. I have since purchased an inflatable clamp that provides more even pressure around the circumference of the shaft base. I think that helps reduce the risk of injury to about as low as any other effective girth-training method out there.

When you have to much expansion at the base of your penis, also my penis isn't super long (BPEL: 5") and it goes a little bit to the right, and my glans get stuck at the end of the pipe of the comfort insert. Bathmate had shorter comfort inserts before, maybe they would have worked. But they do not have them any longer.

All this prevents good pressure and good expansion of my penis. I need to wind a strip of bandage (not so wide) at the base of my penis to prevent "the gator bite" (reduce it) and I also get better length expansion. If I don't use the bandage strip, my penis get stuck in the rubber creases, which deforms it like a mushroom.

Okay thank you so much! I know a realistic amount to aim around now with my routine. Hopefully get that 0.5 by august! Which would make me 6 inches and probably remove a lot of insecurity being in that safe average zone. Most women openly say 6 or more, and overall I would say at 6.5+ I'll be happy. I believe I noted my first 0.1 today on the ruler, but need to check again tomorrow with a solid erection before confirming. Thanks.

I only messure one every 8 month. I think that is safer, to not get depressed and instead trust the process. But that's just me.
