Frustrated

Since being home the last couple weeks, I've had to take a break. A mental break, a healing break; call it what you will. I've been doing PE for almost 3 years. In that time I've grown from 5.75" BPEL to around 7.2"-7.6" depending on the day (I swear there have been days it measured 8", but never consistently.)

I slowed down the middle of last year but kept in the habit of at minimum doing SRT stretches a few days a week with my lengthmaster in the morning and keeping it wrapped every day. Late last year I decided to get a bit more disciplined and would do SRT in the morning, wear my size genetics as much as possible during the day, and when I could, do SRT girth work at night (EQ issues got in the way). I also had gained a chunk of some lost weight back which added to issues.
In January I bought a Zenhanger ADS. I continued my SRT routine and used a combo of wrap and the ADS throughout the day. I lost some weight and was focused again.
I'm down nearly 30 pounds. Am resistance training 4 times a week. Have been employing nutrition strategies that are known to raise T levels and reset insulin sensitivity. Anxiety is the lowest it has ever been, with no meds as well. I'm doing things to address the whole package (have been for the most part the 3 years) and improve my total well being.

I haven't gained anything measurable since last year. I haven't measured recently, but the last time I sort of did, I think I had lost and frustratingly didn't record the measurement.

For those of you that have been doing this for a long time, do you find yourselves taking breaks, and then seeing gains after starting back? I'm not ready to quit for good, but am getting increasingly skeptical about future gains.

Encouragement and feedback appreciated!

Eventually everyone will come to a plateau in their training and it becomes very important to increase intensity, add exercises or tools, employee longer workouts or perhaps in some cases shorter workouts. Some men gain doing less while some men gain doing more.

I think a one week break would be smart and to create a routine that’s more intense following some of the suggestions above and this will hopefully reset the plateau and get you gaining on a new level. Be creative, use SRT as much as possible when creating the routine. Let me know what you think.

I would not give up just yet I've been doing PE for about three years. You should add pumping into your routine that can increase blood flow and wrap after pumping they have good Pumps on Hang-lower

lso try weight hanging
Never ever give up! The thing that sets us aside from everybody else is the discipline and tenacity we have to make things happen.

Never ever in this life. The fire in me and urge to succeed is far too powerful than all forms of obstacles.
