Fluid build up is simply a matter of excessive pressures combined with time in the pump.
Most are trying to avoid/minimize edema, which is usually just finding the right balance of pressure x time.
In your case, just find the pressure at which you are comfortable and go beyond that 2-3 inHg and hang out there for 10-20 min. Exit the pump, check your progress, maybe throw in some light jelqing and repeat as needed.
Kegel your face off up until your main event (and after for general.PE health) to get your pelvic floor muscles toned to help with EQ, especially given your plans.
Would recommend some tadalafil too if youn have some on hand (but if you've got it, you're probably already planning on using it).
