For DLD & possibly other mods

When I log in and briefly read over some of the things said in the chat window at the top of the forum main page, there's a lot of people complaining about not being able to register. I haven't been on the forum much the past couple months so I'm not sure if its been brought to your/other mods attention, but I thought it's worth bringing up if not.
