I did PE for a few weeks about 10 years ago. I wasn't serious and didn't put a lot of time or effort into it at all. I recently retired, and at the age of 42 with nothing else to do with my time, I decided to give PE another shot.
About a month ago I recieved the Silistretcher, LengthMaster, and MityVac to try to make a decent routine.
I'm basically stretching in the mornings; bundled stretches, basic stretches, jelqs.. then wearing the Silistretcher as much as possible during the day. I track my Silistretcher time with the Phallosan app on my phone, which I've found very handy. I'm averaging just over 10hrs in the Silistretcher everyday.
When I started, my BPEL was just at 7". My first 4 weeks ended a couple days ago and I'm now at 7 1/4"! I've measured about 3 times a day since then just to make sure. ?
I gotta admit that I was a skeptic when I started, but the improvements (both measurable and unmeasureable) are definitely there. I can't tell you how excited I am. Thanks to everyone here!
