I did PE for a few weeks about 10 years ago. I wasn't serious and didn't put a lot of time or effort into it at all. I recently retired, and at the age of 42 with nothing else to do with my time, I decided to give PE another shot.

About a month ago I recieved the Silistretcher, LengthMaster, and MityVac to try to make a decent routine.
I'm basically stretching in the mornings; bundled stretches, basic stretches, jelqs.. then wearing the Silistretcher as much as possible during the day. I track my Silistretcher time with the Phallosan app on my phone, which I've found very handy. I'm averaging just over 10hrs in the Silistretcher everyday.
When I started, my BPEL was just at 7". My first 4 weeks ended a couple days ago and I'm now at 7 1/4"! I've measured about 3 times a day since then just to make sure. ?

I gotta admit that I was a skeptic when I started, but the improvements (both measurable and unmeasureable) are definitely there. I can't tell you how excited I am. Thanks to everyone here!

Thanks to you brother inspiring all of us! What is your routine right now? Let me know so I can look over it and advocate any changes that could help you. I’m very proud of you and the growth you’ve made and I want to see that continue

Thanks so much for the kind words.
My routine is:
7 days/week
In the mornings I do about 15 mins warm up with a heating pad, then do about 5 mins of bundled stretches.
*Basic stretches (3 sets)
BTC (3 directions)
Down (3 directions)
Out (3 directions)
Up (3 directions)
*I sometimes throw in a couple other stretches if it feels right like the Mandingo stretch or A-stretch.
*I follow that up with jelqs (300)
Then I shower and put on my Silistretcher for the rest of the day (around 10 hrs). I only take it off as needed during the day.
*3x week in the evenings, I'll use the Mityvac and do the 5x5x3 with SSJs.

That's pretty much my routine. I would love to do the stretches clamped into the Lenghtmaster because i know my stretches would be much more effective, but I haven't found a method of wrapping that is suitable to me yet. I've read tons of posts here and tried various methods and wrapping materials, but I either slip out or it's painful. I'm uncut and I'm having trouble keeping everything in place. I'll keep at it and find the wrap that works for me. It's a great piece of PE equipment and I can't wait to start using it.
I'm currently: BPEL 7.25"x 5.5" girth
Thanks so much to everyone here, this is truly an incredible community!
