Progress thread First Erect Gains! 💪🏼

Hey guys,

Just thought I’d drop this thread so people can help with progress, tips or even just use as proof that this truly does work, simply takes time and consistency.

I was lurking on MoS and other forums since around august last year and was just researching more than anything up until around October. This is where I pulled the trigger and made a homemade bib hanger. I did this for a month or so and got some good stretches going and little flaccid gain but nothing really worth the risk so I stopped that and just kept going with daily stretches for length until Christmas then gave up.

I think during this time I must have loosened some ligaments as it definitely contributed to later easy gains. I continued to research.

I decided to do DLD’s Newbie routine since February and have noticed some recent flaccid gains over the last two months and from what I’ve heard it goes: flaccid length, heavy flaccid/vascularity, erect gains…. I think, anyway. I also use ace wrap or silisleev for post length and cock ring for any jelq sessions etc (usually split jelq and stretch when I can).

so now to the interesting part…

I recently started looking more into cementing gains and how to get those final erect gains and it turns out all I needed to do was erect stretches for 2-3 days / around 5-10mins each day. Now don’t get it twisted, I did the actual work prior but this was like the final reveal and amazed that i could get 0.2 just like that (0.1 had been gained overall too).. So glad it works more than anything and now will continue to grow until my goal is reached. Stats below:

START >>> NOW (2month) >>> 1 Year
BPEL: 6.2 >>> 6.5 >>> 7.5
NBPEL: 5.7 >>> 6.0 >>> 7.0
MSEG: 4.4 >>> 4.5 >>> 4.8
Fhang: 2.9 >>> 3.5 >>> 4.5

Basically planning to keep with this newby routine until the six month mark and then maybe change it up until I reach the length goal… then I start to concentrate on getting 5.5inch girth… I’m hoping since I’m really thin the length continues to come easy as I’ve already gained 0.3inch 💪🏼

I’m also quite short, around 5ft 7 so no point me going for the holy grail of 8~6… I think this would look freakishly big on me so aiming for a more modest 7.5~5.5🤔 what do you think?

Congratulations brother. You should aim for 8" in length. Freakishly big is good.
Just increase the intensity as you progress (pull harder and harder, and bundle as much as possible), and you will get your newbie gains in no time.
 
So I think I may have got a little overexcited when discovering my new erect gains the other week. It seems they were only temporary and the 0.3 I thought I’d gained is more like 0.1 and the rest goes back post erection.

I know it’s only a matter of time before these gains are cemented but is there a rough idea of how long it takes from this point? Or are there any other things I should be doing aside from erect stretches?
 
Only about 2months doing your newby routine but also used bib hanger for about 1-2 months before this… I’ve definitely gained as there often seems to be more length at the base just bundled up if that makes sense… almost like it wants to release but struggling to stay as permanent gains.

Just remain consistent and things will cement. I would measure every 6 months

Currently at:

NBPEL = 6.1 [+0.4 overall]
BPEL = 6.6 [+0.4 overall]
MSEG = 4.6 [+0.2 overall]

Going to keep doing a modified newby routine for now with the addition of SSJ and more expressive/erect stretches.

Will update when I get a new place and have more privacy to finally buy lengthmaster and take my PE to next level.

When you can't do anything, the newbie routine is the way to go.

In the mean time you can incorporate a broomstick into your routine and do bundled stretches around it. Use it as a fulcrum to make your stretches more intense and harder.

Here is an example (video instruction) of a good stretch with the broomstick.

Stretch in every direction. This is only one stretch in my đź”— Broomstick routine, videos of the other stretches will be released in the future.

Hope this helps. And of course LENGTHMASTER 3 will be even more powerful then a broomstick.
You can also use Power Assist 2 to do fulcrum based exercises. If you are not doing bundled stretches, you should progress into these as fast as possible.
