FILLER + PUMPING --> skin stretched *asking for advice

Hi,

intro:

I have been pumping for many years, maybe 8 now. The first disappointing news is that no gains have been permanent... except for the skin.
Maybe I have managed to create better pumps but it doesn't seem any internal tissues were created.

Situation:

I went to get hyluronic filler injection in the summer to see what it is about. Very dissapointing: They gave me the filler in my uncirumsized penis. it moves along the shaft like crazy. Not only that, I kept pumping and now have stretched the skin quit a lot because the added filler girth.

conclusion. NEVER do what I did.

Question:

Has anyone managed to heal the skin or even know if it is possible to really correct it in surgery. I am afraid I'll have to get it corrected. It looks terrible. I have like 60 percent extra skin around my dick.

It does make me realise I will need to put in the work of manual PE, maybe get another pump, correct the skin ... longterm goals again.

I believe you need to ask a doctor these questions.


Did you do any manual work with your pumping.
If you didn't do this, I believe this is the reason for no permanent gains. 8 years is a long time, you should have seen permanent gains.

Hey, thanks for passing by. I am sending some mails and questions. I will update the thread as i go along so people can learn.

Of course lesson one is to research more. But tbh, They should have explained what kind of effect the filler has in a uncircumsized penis. The diffrence is that the skin is able to move freely, and so if anything sit's underneath it just moves along with it. Especially when pump gains fade and the inner tissue shrinks. Not a good thing. I will go to the office and get the reversal filler to get this blob out of my penis. Than get the Mytivac pump and continue. At the moment I use the Bathmate big boy or something, it's the widest. It gave me good pumps and I add a little more than an inch In pump stage.

I didn't do any manual work for a long time, i did years ago. It's a shame. I will devote myself the next year to correct the mistakes and follow a better plan.

About the pump gains:

I do know that I get much better pumps. over the years my dick has grown in it's ability to reach a certain girth. Though if i stop pumping even for a few days it shrinks back quit a lot. It's a bit disheartening, though I do think that because of the years of using it I must have created some elasticity and have open the blood vessels and so on.

Where do you send the emails?

I believe you would benefit from doing bundled stretches before your girth session. In that way you would be able to loosen up the tunica albigunea and therefore allow for bigger expansion and be able to cement it. I believe tunica needs to be worked on.

When you have removed what they put in your penis I also suggest doing manual bundled stretches to fill up that loose skin. I have the perfect progression for you. Do you want to become longer?

If you get LengthMaster 3 that would be perfect. Before I start to use LengthMaster 3 my skin was really loose, but after gaining so much length everything is filled up. You get thicker as well with bundled stretches.

Bundled hard stretches will be key for you is my belief.

Hi, i was absent for a bit, thanks for your advice. I definitely will focus on proper training now. I consider doing a surgery for it but only if it would really feel like an issue, not just for aesthetics, at least not yet. Also if i would tighten and correct the skin i might face the same issues when doing stretches. So I appreciate your tips. I got a reply from one hospital in European continent. With hotel etc it's a 3500 euro surgery to correct the skin. Nothing else. Maybe some light therapy could help and creams and what not. I will definitely need to take care of him better!

I have a Penimaster that i rarely used, I like it it's easy i just was happy with pumping. I have a bathmate but would opt for the one you mentioned. I want to ask @DLD If it is possible to have them sent non-commercial. It would help a lot with customs. Or is there a European dealer?

You can choose the carrier when you order. I choose UPS I live in Sweden, that worked great. There are also DHL. USPS also works if you don't have to deal with PostNord.

The boxes are gray and there are no indication on the package or the commercial invoice of what the package contains. For the LengthMaster 3 It said gymnastic device.

I would recommend UPS really easy with customs.

Hello friend,

I'm having the same issue as well. My penis skin is getting rather stretchy.

So you would recommend bundled stretches and lengthmaster as the best solutions ?

I live in the middle east, and is it difficult to get the lengthmaster here ?

Also, I would like to discuss my PE issues with images, as I seem to have issues with excessive penis skin donut around my whole shaft. Is sending images a problem in these chat boxes ?

If you want to make your penis longer as fast as possible. Bundled stretches are superior. And LengthMaster 3 is the device you need.

If you keep your foreskin pulled back you will be able to fill out the skin as you grow. The most important thing is to clamp down/grab your penis inner structure and stretch that. If you only clamp down, or grab your penis shallow you will stretch the skin more in relation to your inner tissue = produce more skin.

Hey wanted to give you another alternative than having to get your extra skin removed surgically.
I see you went with HA injections. Sadly those don’t do well because they move around and aren’t permanent.
You should look into pmma injections instead of getting your skin removed. Pmma injections are permanent. It is a permanent filler that places are now using. The crazy part is the guys who are looking to get filler injections like pmma would love to be in your position with all the extra skin (means they can get more filler and it fill out naturally without it being too tight) they pump before hand to try and do this. Kind of sounds like you’re the perfect candidate for it.
just a thought and something to look into.

Hi DLD, first time we talk but know about you for like a decade :) ... the Goat. Well the costs for getting commercial items from the USA is very high here. hen sent as gift or friends and family that fall away completely. I don't know if it is possible for you to do that?

Thanks, I have heard of the technique and I am interested but the problem remains I am uncircumcised. Even with PMMA they want you to be circumsized. I would like to hear more reviews for PMMA, I wonder how it actually feels and how hard it is to get good results. I definitly will first put a lot more work in to exercises and hanging. I really only look for 1 inch permanent gains for girth, length is fine for me, any extra is welcome. Thanks for your advice

Hi all,

An update from me.

Just came back 2 days ago from the doctors office to get the filler removed. Procedure was easy. She just injects cutaneous like 10 shots of a fluid and then massages the penis, the filler starts dissolving and becomes very blubbery. Because my skin was so stretched my penis swell up like crazy. after 20 minutes it goes down and not long after suddenly I had my own dick back.

It was wierd to feel it after 6 months of this filler, but it felt good.

I talked about corrective surgery but she said it wasn't needed and it's all fine and that skin contracts. She is correct on 1 level, however my concerns was mainly if i still can get a good pumping stretch.

I traveled back home and tried to pump ....

I came out of the pump and holy lord my dick was the fatest it's ever been... it was shocking tbh. Maybe because the stretched skin gives so much space now for the pump to work on the tunica... I was quit amazed.

but...

I did feel quit a bit of fluid retention, and when i was having sex the tightness of my partners pussy takes away a bit of the volume... I will do more exploration what causes this or how to change it.

Now the second day after pumping I feel that the leftover filler that was at one spot has dispersed over the rest of my penis. So it feels a little soft. but not as bad as before!

So what is my conclusion. it seems that the pump still works well evcen with the stretched skin. i will not do any corrective syurgery. i will do maybe laser therapy or another therapy to tighten the skin more. Also red light therapy.

The left over filler will dissolve by itself so that's ok. My partner said it felt fine.

And then i will start doing decent exercises and hopefully grow in to the stretch. Actually i think I can dry jelq very easily now the skin is so lose. I might show some photos.
