Fast or slow jelq ? optimum time for 1 stroke

This morning during my girth session, i answered me one question. What is the optimum time for one stroke ? Must i do 2seconds stroke or 5seconds stroke ? What is the difference between a fast and a slow jelq ?

an average stroke will take me 3 seconds. so 600 jelqs takes half hour...

Under normal sessions I never ever do anything slower than 2 seconds...I have been playing around with slower jelqs though. Sometimes I wonder if I should slow down, maybe 2 seconds isn't slow enough...half of the time I'm sure Im doing it faster that 2 second, erect at that.
