Face paint removal?

So guys I need some help. I painted my face for a costume party and the paint all came off except for about 10 dots all around my forehead or cheeks where zits are. It is like the acne soaked up the paint and I tried scrubbing but cannot get it off, what do you guys recommend!?

My Ol' Lady uses a warm washcloth after I go a'paintin' all over her face. Maybe a good soak'll do you good too.

Hahaha forget it I scrubbed the shit so hard it bled everywhere because it peeled off all the skin around these spots, but its gone now:s
