Progress thread F26 - Grower to a Shower - create a flaccid Monster & Journey to 10 x 6.5 ?

Microtears are how they hypothesized gains happened in the mid 2000's. All the heavy hitters started to think this was true (Bib, Xeno, etc). In my mind that's been all disproved based on the evidence I know presented in my Long Game thread. For one there was question if microtears lead to scar tissue. ThoughtfulGold at thunders had a diagnostic ultrasound done recently and guess what? No scar tissue despite years of PE.

I now think it is a cellular mediated response to the stress associated with PE. Fibroblast mediated proliferation. To get more nerdy there is usually a delay of one week from time of stress to maximal response. In our world though you'd need more than once a week PE sessions for growth. Recovery can and does happen alongside restressing the tissue and growth. Something to explore and keep in mind as you read others accounts. The "theory" many times might not be that accurate and if you operate with a less accurate theory you will likely have less than optimal results because a less than optimal approach. I'm not saying flat out wrong just less optimal.

Take xeno for example. I believe he was taking strain rates as that'll explain how he formed many of his ideas, or at least taking daily BPSFL. He operated under the microtears theory. He used hot tub equipped to go hotter than normal to do PE in and took regular decons. So he did some things that were revolutionary and I agree beneficial at the time. However his methods were extreme because he was trying to cause actual damage to create those microtears. So he'd stress his tissues extremely for a short time (2 week) then take a decon. That may have been less than optimal.

The actual problem is that PE still is a little bit of a secret, we're doing try & error here, people are bringing up theories and making threads about it. Maybe it works for them but won't work for the others. Maybe there wasn't a better way in the past, but most of the so called theories are not proven scientifically by doctors or studies. So when I or others are trying to gain knowledge and reading old threads, sometimes it's the past and not the now.

People believed that the earth is flat until some people questioned it and they found out that it's round.
That's what some smart minds are doing here and you're one of them @longstretch (fire)
Maybe we should tag the old theories, which had been proven to not be scientifically correct with something like '[old]' and the actual ones with '[actual]', else people who're digging in the threads of the past will have the same 'problems' and learning old theories.

Man @longstretch you're one of the reasons why I've learned so much in a short time and even now when I sometimes got 'old knowledge' theories or believes from the past PE decades, you're even coming in and telling your actual view and dropping your actual knowledge in. (fire)

Summary - 1 month of PE

Penimaster extender time:
Belt system: 370 hours
Rod system: 70 hours
Total: 440 hours

Manual stretching time:
Total: 360min - 6 hours

LM stretching time:
Total: 250min - 4.16 hours

Testicle Health Massage:
Total: 3000 reps

Erect Stretches:
Total: 95min - 1.58 hours

Clamping while edging:
Total: 150min - 2.5 hours

Edging:
Total: 150min - 2.5 hours


This should sum it up pretty good.
I haven't calculated jelqing, hanging, penimaster weight system and pumping as I've just shortly looked into it in my first few days while testing the devices and testing the exercises.
If I compare my penimaster extender time with my manual time it makes me feel sad and makes me think I'm not doing enough LOL
Like what is around 18-20 hours of manual work in a month? Nearly nothing, less than 1h a day.

But I have to say that I've learned so much, especially in my first 2-3 weeks I was reading 2-4 hours every single day in the forum, reading theories, progress threads, checked exercise videos and had been a lot in contact with pe-vets who gave me a ton of knowledge based on their personal experience.

So this was my first month and I can say that I'm proud of my progress so far.
I haven't measured and won't measure until the end of my 3rd month!

After 50 stretches I'm massaging my balls & ballsack again and then another 50 reps. For me that's the best way to count with that exercise LOL

F26 - The Dark Knight rises - Routine Insights for Month 2:

Well, obviously some people will start recommending me now that I should do less, do lower intensity and stick to newbie stuff, but I really want to make progress and take PE more seriously now as I've already conditioned my dick a little bit after finishing my first 30 days of PE.

If you read my posts before I was quite often posting about 'length before girth'. Actually I still believe in it and have the same opinion but I'm planning to do PE for only 2-3 years until I reach my goal, so I have to create a little length/girth balance, else I may end up with a long thin dick in the worst case scenario (cwl)
Actually I would even do more than what I'm going to tell you now, but I want to stay consistent and I don't wanna stop because I'm too exhausted and then have 1 day off, then 2, 3, 4 until I fully stop - not with me! Before this happens I'll change back to a less time intensive routine.

I've had some thoughts about it and this is how I will start in my second month.
Some changes will come, as a new tool will arrive soon and I'll maybe do some slight changes here and there but mostly that will be it :)

If you are a newbie or don't have a good feeling of your dick and PE at all - Do not even think of doing the same routine as you could really damage your dick with some exercises listed here or the routine intensity on its own!

About Erect Work: (every 2nd day)
Here I'm basically mixing it up.
Jelqing a few min, then edging, clamping, doing erect stretches & bends while having the clamp on, taking the clamp off, doing a few min of jelqing, then stretching, bending, edging, putting the clamp on while edging and so on and so on...

You are right! But there is a reason for that recommendation :D
There are more downsides to an intense routine than damaging your penis.
When I first started taking my only-jelqing-routine more seriously, I made it a point to hold back on the measurements. I only did it from time to time, not obsessing over it. I trusted to results would come, so I worked on my patience. Also, I knew that, since I was only willing to do jelqing, it made on sense to expect quick results. This proved to be one of my best decisions in this journey. I gained about 1.2"/3,2 cm in BPEL in around 2 years.
Was 2 years too much time? I honestly don't know neither do I care. Looking back now, I'm nothing but thankful for those two years of dedication and discipline. It made me go from regular condoms to XL condoms. Even the little gains I lost in the mean time because they weren't cemented, weren't enough to make me go back to regular condoms. XL condoms still leave the a mark in the base of my dick due to my girth.
I only attained this due to patience AND to common sense. Meaning, I accepted the fact that off days would eventually come, whether I liked it or not, and my mindset was "ok, I couldn't do it yesterday, no problem, I'll pick up where I left". So, if I was already at 200 reps daily and skipped one day, I wouldn't do 400 reps the next day, I'd pick back up at 200 as if nothing had happened.
From my experience, slow growth is more sensible (and, I dare say, cements results more easily) than fast, intense growth.
Dedication is good, you have an awesome mindset and you have been informing yourself extensively, so you already have more theory and diversity knowledge than I do. But I can tell you from 2 years of daily hands-on experience that there is nothing wrong with taking it back a notch or two from time to time. :)

If I were to have been a student through my journey, I would probably be stuck at a plateau, awaiting instruction from somebody who does not know my body. The best thing you can do, is to educate yourself. Be safe!!

Dude thats a primo routine! ?? Also, make sure you use baby powder for grip when stretching. Make all the difference in the world.

Exactly, I've educated myself every single day a few hours for the last 4 weeks so I have some good knowledge about PE.
Also I've tried lots of different exercises and got a very good feeling about my penis and also have a good feeling about my body in general.
If I ever have injuries or somethings hurts I will directly stop, you saw it before when I tried hanging in the beginning and my dick wasn't ready and I've got a redish glans LOL even if people said it will soon stop if I keep pushing, no way man! Don't want a zombie dick!

1.2" in 2 years are great results, don't get me wrong with what I've written.
But I for myself don't want to invest more than 3years of my lifetime with PE in general. There's so much great stuff in the world which I want to see, PE is just a thing for me to improve my body and also improve the skills and feeling about my dick.

With "off" days, not a big deal if I really can't do it because I'm too exhausted of my day or I feel my dick needs recovery, I already had 1 day without extender in my first month LOL If it happens, it happens. But I won't take it as excuse, because I'm planning it before my day starts to there's really no way I couldn't do it, except I would wake up too late, but that would be my mistake then!

Also if I feel this is too much for my dick now in the second month, I will slow down a bit.
If you have read my log in the beginning you saw that I already did this in my first month and I'm very happy that I've made the decision and now built a habit of daily PE work. I don't stress myself too much, but I also don't take it too easy. As said I don't see it as hobby to enjoy the PE time and having fun, I'm doing this for improving myself in order to get gains and get rid of my turkey neck :)

The belt systems rocks! The ultimate belt!

100% DLD. I love the PMP belt system, it's very comfortable. The rod system is also great, but I don't like walking around with it as you can feel it when you're moving. But the belt system is completely stealth and even comfortable to wear LOL

Definitely, I'm using 'corn powder' it has the same effect like baby powder, but doesn't have a bad effect for the lungs and is even cheaper :D
It's making a big difference and since using it I'm not slipping off anymore while stretching :)

First day was a great success, loved jelqing and the erect work!
But also glad I just have to do it every 2nd day in my routine as I'm doing wet jelqing with cream/oil and have to clean up afterwards :D
As for stretching the LM Power Assist Wrench really make my ligs feel fatigue, even if I just do it very very carefully and pushing slightly into the ligs, love that exercise! Also fully in love with the LM as I can have a much higher intensity then when I would just do manual stretching (fire)

Glad I'm doing the mixed days as I wouldn't had been motivated for erect work today :D
So I think it's refreshing for me to do it like this and have a little bit of variety. One day more focus on stretching, other day stretching + erect work.
And even if sometimes in the future I'd love to do some erect work daily, it's just 1 day away so it's not a problem, keeps a little variety in my training and doesn't exhaust me pe-wise too much :)

Also I believe in doing tasks in the early morning before we start into the day really gives a good feeling and boost.
With this kind of strategy we already have in our inner mind that we have done something successfully and can take it off from our 'daily To-Do' list.
It's much more comfortable for me doing it in the early morning, compared to doing it in the evening when I'm sometimes tired or exhausted from the day.
The only problem is that we should stay away from the 'snooze' button on our alarm clocks, else it could be very stressy and we would be running low on time and everything needs to be done fast, which would be counterproductive.

Afterwards a refreshing cold shower and coffee/tea = perfect start into crushing the day (fire) (flex)

100% DLD. I love the PMP belt system, it's very comfortable. The rod system is also great, but I don't like walking around with it as you can feel it when you're moving. But the belt system is completely stealth and even comfortable to wear LOL

Are you talking about our belt system? I have not seen anybody with a belt system comes close to ours.

I can wear it all day and it's even comfortable, already had been bicycling for 60min while wearing it (cwl)

I always prefer belt > rod system as they are much more comfortable, and doesn't cause problems while walking/moving/driving car/doing daily things and so on, but I know that rod actually would be better as it's more accurate, but it is how it is. Don't want to change my life/lifestyle for PE too much.

Man I don't know if my dick is different, but it feels like manual stretching isn't enough.
Since a few days I can actually stretch with as much force as I have in my arms and it's not a problem, doesn't hurt or nothing.
Now I'm switching over more to half-bundled, bundled work as I can feel it's more intense than normal stretching, glad I've always written that in my Insights for Month 2.
Also what really works perfectly on me is the LM Power Assist Wrench exercises (click here) as I can really feel my ligs while doing the exercise.
⚠ But as multiple times said in my thread, this exercises shouldn't be done by newbies and just by people which really have a good feeling of their dick and body in general, too much force and you could cause serious damage to your ligs! ⚠
I'm just doing this exercise carefully, I don't even push the Power Assist into my ligs, I just slightly let it 'touch' my skin and put it on my ligs. Even with that low force you can already feel your ligs becoming fatigue after 5min (as newbie).

Directly afterwards I'm doing erect work every second day, one reason is that I don't want my good EQ go down and another reason is that I directly want to workout my stretched dick from before.
Second reason is that after each length training BPFSL is usually higher than before (@longstretch shows it in each training log with strains).

With that I've the feeling & also based on logical thinking, that I can push my BPEL directly after length training and while doing Erect work higher than my BPEL usually is which sums up a great training for me.

Also during Erect Work I'm bending my dick into all kind of directions! Just doing it with as much force as it doesn't hurt and still feels comfortable.
I don't know if it helps in any way, but normally it should also push force on the tissue + corpora cavernosa & corpus spongium (click for anatomy of the dick).
Another thing to say for jelqing: Starting with low EQ and during jelqing my EQ goes up anyways until I'm at 100% EQ pretty soon, then I'm jelqing at 100% EQ, doing Erect Stretches, bending and all the other stuff which I've listed in my Insight 3 days ago.

I feel you, hot showers in the morning are awesome.
I'm still doing mid-warm to hot showering in the beginning, just shortly to feel comfortable and wash my body, shave and shampooing my hair.
Afterwards it's time to get ❄

I've digged into it few months ago, I already heard about this years ago, tried it shortly but haven't been consistend and when I was tired I bullshitted myself always with all kind of excuses that today I'm feeling to tired for doing this or any other excuse why I don't wanna do it that day.

Few weeks ago as I've really started to get rid of all my excuses in life and stopped bullshitting myself, I've also started cold showers again.
As said above, at first I'm showering on mid-temp/hot to still have a good feeling but then it's time to show if I'm a sissy or a real man (cwl)
I recommend to start it on mid-temp and then lowering the temperature daily, but I really didn't do it. It was cold and uncomfortable anyways so I'm always adjusting the shower tap (?) on the maximum coldness.

Cold Shower Routine:
Starting at my legs, slowly going up, cursing and hating my life at that moment (still), first the one leg, then the other one.
Then I'm fully aiming on my balls and dick (shortly stretching it so it doesn't turtle till nirvana).
Next step is to aim on my fatpad as I really want to get rid of it and maybe it helps.
Afterwards doing my arms, starting at the hands and going up to the shoulders. Then I'm doing the belly and chest, afterwards my back and then I'm hanging up the showerhead on the mounting again, letting it rain on my face (good against pimples) and on my head.

I don't have any problems with it, but when you're doing it on maximum coldness and putting your head below the showerhead, you start getting 'brain-freeze' like when you eat too much/very cold ice or drinking ice-cold slushy. So my head I'm just doing for a few seconds, then doing my body again being fully under the shower-head and so on.

After getting out on the shower you will feel like Superman and your body starts heating itself up, great feeling and you are starting fully awaken in the day. All the health benefits and more about it in the links below :)

I'm doing it mainly for the health benefits, but also to kill my comfort zone every day at the beginning, so you can say you already accomplished something.
For me it's also a great thing about self-control and being more clear in my head. But I'm not only doing this, I'm also doing some light meditation and focus on breathing and things like that a few mins a day or when I'm getting stressed, works wonders.

Also this shit makes the immune system much stronger and Wim Hof even did an experiment of getting flu bacteria/virus injected in his blood while being at a hospital and being checked by devices and he didn't get sick LOL
People from eastern countries are doing this since ages and athletes are doing it also after their workouts, it's helping the body regenerating faster.

I've done lots of erect stretching and erect bends yesterday, my dick is still pumped, thick and plump in a flaccid state.
Great feeling for me as a grower, for sure it's only temporary but it already gives a good feeling!
Currently I'm really enjoying the erect stretches and bends, I even stay erect for a few minutes while just doing that and no other touching.
As soon as I feel that my EQ goes down a little bit because the erection drops, I do some stroking and we're back up to 100% :D
it's like a game - dick vs me and really enjoyable. I really would have never thought that erect stretches/bend don't hurt and can give such great temp. gains. It's even better than when I've done pumping/bathmate for few mins when I've tested them.

I've done lots of erect stretching and erect bends yesterday, my dick is still pumped, thick and plump in a flaccid state.
Great feeling for me as a grower, for sure it's only temporary but it already gives a good feeling!
Currently I'm really enjoying the erect stretches and bends, I even stay erect for a few minutes while just doing that and no other touching.
As soon as I feel that my EQ goes down a little bit because the erection drops, I do some stroking and we're back up to 100% LOL
it's like a game - dick vs me and really enjoyable. I really would have never thought that erect stretches/bend don't hurt and can give such great temp. gains. It's even better than when I've done pumping/bathmate for few mins when I've tested them.

Thought the same when I started haha :D
I position one hand below the glans and the other hand at the baseshaft and then I stretch with my hand below the glans, few seconds later I also start pulling with the hand on my base and then start rotating it a little like rotary stretches - here you really can feel it. You don't need to pull just straight, you can also pull to the sides (@DLD has made an BM exercise out of this: Bathmate Hardcore Stretches). It's designed to pull more dick out of the body, like expressive stretching.
It's difficult, but I started with making rotating movements at the shaft while the other hand at the glans had been pulling the dick.
 
Do you feel as though the testicle health stretch and massage is giving you a much better hang due to the separation of the upper scrotum and the base of the penis?

After Testicle Health Massage but also after my manual workouts my dick already starts to hang a little bit, even thought the 'hanging angle' is still shit as it doesn't really hang down, but that will also improve after becoming a shower over the next few months and increasing my flaccid size :)
Sadly the hang is still just temporary but at least it's improving and the more often I do it, the more permanent it will become!

Working on it every single day and trying to be as consistent as I can.
Today I'll give an update about some other great shit which maybe will help me becoming a shower even faster, I'm really dedicated on making it work and I'm more than thankful for this forum and the Brotherhood here with all of you great and supportive people :)

I’m so happy you’re seeing that as that’s exactly what this exercise is supposed to do. It really is a complete solution to turkey neck if people are the only practice it. I’m so glad you’re reaping the benefits of an awesome exercise.

Yep, getting rid of the turkey neck will be a long process.
I think for really 'curing' it, it will take daily work for at least 6-12 months.
But this is still better than doing a surgery, let's see what the results will be in a few months as I really can't say anything about the turkey neck after just 1 month now.

Update/Upgrade - Most stealth PE device ever + wearing it while sleeping & doing sports?

Finally it arrived! It was a very fast delivery, but I just couldn't wait for it.
As you all know I'm wearing my extender pretty consistent averaging around 14+ hours per day, which is pretty good.
But I often also told you about that I need something more comfortable for the night + during sports + when I'm for a long time in public like in the city, at family/friends and can't take the PMP with me.
Don't get me wrong, I can wear the Penimaster without problems in public and throughtout the day + it's stealth, but there is still one thing which sometimes gives me a cold shower on my back --> if somebody touches you by accident, you're fcked because they will feel the glans chamber LOL
I mostly wear my extender to the side (left/right) and if somebody of my friends or family touches my body, not by hands but accidentally when you're walking by in the house/kitchen or wherever when you're with them, then it always happens that your bodies are having contact sometimes.
Gladly I've always done prevention and did my hands in front of my extender glans chamber or switched my body to the other side (which maybe also looked awkward while talkingto each other) that you move your body position like 90 degrees when somebody comes next to you LOL

So I made the decision and tried to step up my game - Stealth Innerwear as I've heard really good experiences of it from other members and in the internet generally.

Mostly the only problem/dislike with the product was that most people are making a mistake during measuring for picking the right size.
After reading about that a few times, I decided to do 5 measurements throughout the day, sum them up, divide them by 5 (because 5 measurements) and had the average.
Also they have lots of great other products in which I'm highly interested, but at first I always want to test the brand if it's not bad, they do what they promise and how the customer care actually is. Lots of people do marketing perfectly but can't hold their promises so I'm very careful.

At first I tried the strapless wear (left one) and after 3min my glans already slipped through. Thought again that I picked the wrong size, but then I started to use the retainer band. Put it on but guess what? My glans was too small for it and still slipped through(cwl)
Then I 'double folded' the retainer band and put it behind the glans, perfect, it worked. For sure it was too tight to wear it all day as I knew it will get cold after 20-40min like a wrap and I won't be able to pee with it as it was too tight, but I wanted to know the feeling of it.
1hour later for sure my glans was cold due to the tightness of the double folded retainer band.
Then I switched over and tested the normal innerwear, here it was perfect, no slippage as the strap on the base creates some force against the glans and even with my very unique special dick with lots of problems it works perfectly.
I peed with it multiple times now and as I'm writing this post now on the next day, I already slept while wearing that thing without having problems(fire)

So for me, I could easily use a hair bobble which is buyable at nearly every store and wear that behind my glans for the strapless one, but I think I'll place a new order as I also want to checkout some other stuff and get me the smaller retainer bands which will fit. For the time between now until next arrival I'll stick to the normal innerwear with the base strap.
If I want to get a more tight fit I can use the sleeves/skins which you can see in the pictures which also will give me more girth and a bigger bulge.

Guess my flaccid size now when wearing this? Freaking 4.5-4.7" flaccid length, still being able to pee, sleep and also having a noticeable bulge (even without the skin/sleeves). Doesn't sound great, but my usual flaccid length is 2.9"!

So I'm definitely more than happy with it and stepped up my game a little bit.
Hopefully I can now be able to wear my extender for 14h and wear this thing for the other 8h, but let's better say 6h as I also do manual training and will also take it off during showering (even if you could actually wear it, but then it would be wet).

Cross the fingers that I'm able to make this happen and nearly be 24h extended each day :)

First official day wearing my stealth innerwear after testing it the previous day, so at first I'm using it always mostly daily, in order to do this I'll use the extender a little bit less.
But I also starting to sleep while wearing it, but setting my alarm clock to 2-3h before going to sleep and check my feeling after waking up a few hours later for safety reasons, then taking it off.
So far, so good, woke up after around 90min with a big erection but my glans hadn't been cold, it was just very tight at the base, working light a tight cockring :)

If I can really make this work and have my dick 20-22h in an extended state each day, after some 'get used to it' phase, I'll be one of the happiest people on eart LOL

Looking really forward to it. Maybe it can even be used for people to cure their peyronie's disease and be used like an extreme stealth stretcher as you can easily wear it down free hanging and not need to place it to the sides and wear it with belts/rod.
Also I'm looking forward to use this thing for Erect Bends or maybe it can even be used as kind of 'clamp', like yours and @TuffDong's cableclamp/cablecuff device!
I really have to try around with it as soon as it will arrive, but for sure will give you all insights.

My intention is also to use it pushing my BPFSL, so for example with my rod system I can just go up 0.5cm/0.2" in the smallest step and don't really know where my glans is as it's in the glans chamber which isn't transparent.
Maybe with the corkscrew I can go up more accurate, like 0.1/0.2cm / 0.04"/0.08" so I could start a length session at BPFSL and then push it like you, so after a session I maybe can also get my temp. BPFSL 0.5cm/0.2" longer than it was before. Sure I don't have a US device currently and it's not usable with an US device, but you get my idea :)

I've asked @Haursen about it yesterday, maybe he can give you more insights about the corkscrew as he already owns it since a longer time, I've already asked him lots of questions about it yesterday so he dusted it off and started using it again in his routine:

Damn! So this is a little weird to tell you about but let's start:
With the routine everything is working perfectly, great intensity and great training + some temp. gains after Erect Work as I've told you already previously.

As you easily can see, my girth is the biggest at the base and then until the glans it starts to become less.
This for sure also appears to my flaccid stretched girth too.

As also said yesterday: This is also the reason why I can't wear the Strapless Innerwear, because my bigger girth at the base is pushing the Innerwear to the glans and over so my glans slipps through the silicone ring, even with the sleeves and retainer band on top.
For the normal Stealth Innerwear it's working great wearing it flaccid, but after few hours I feel some pressure at the base as it's maybe a little bit too tight.
Alright so last night already I woke up because I was having a boner and the innerwear was too tight at the base - working like a tight cockring.
My glans wasn't cold but already a little below normal glans temperature. So I woke up, took it off and had an ongoing erection for 20-30min while I was lying in bed on the side and doing nothing - wtf?!
This was EQ10+ with my dick already itching from such an erection + it was straight up my belly and was really lasting for 20min at least. I didn't understand how that is even possible, normally morning wood keeps disappearing after maybe a maximum time of 3-5min as my EQ was pretty good always.

Now about last night, the exactly same thing happened but now even more extreme as I've also done Erect Training that day.
I was waking up because having a boner and the innerwear was too tight at the base.

For your information:
I've ordered the normal sizes, not the custom fit ones!
I think it's very important to send the company the data of all your stretched girth measurements: Base, Midshaft and below the glans.
In that way they can produce custom ones for you. I've done that now, haven't known about it before.

But damn, I've had never ever in my life had such crazy erections for such a long amount of time without physical contact.
For sure it was still not a bad buy, I will definitely always take that thing with me when I'm sleeping over at a girls place or when one is sleeping at my place. (xd) I don't know if this is common, but maybe it also works for you, you guys have to test it.
So for having the same thing, order 1 or 2 sizes below your base girth. Maybe it only works for 'growers' with blood penises.
You can calculate everything based on my penis stats and the sizes I've ordered --> D26.

I'm always starting my sets with low intensity and start intensifying them during the set.

Stretching at the end of my sets with as much force as I can + using exceptional grip power - no discomfort or pain, feels great!
Jelqing at 100% EQ at tje end of my sets with lots of force - no injuries, no discomfort - nothing!

Seems to work perfectly for me, doing this since Day 30, I also have to mention I'm not doing any warmup/warmdown - that's why I'm starting on low intensity and increasing it during the training.

Doing it directly in the morning after waking up before starting into the day , so I can't bullshit myself with excuses that I don't have time for it compared to doing it in the evening/night 8-) Preparation and time-management is key here.
Also it feels great having it done already after waking up and just using my extender + innerwear throughout the day, pretty chilled.
