Training is working great, but one of my goals is still to be around 20-22h a day in an extended state.
I still need to find a perfect solution for night. At day the penimaster extender is (fire) but at night when turning around and not be able to control myself 100% when being in a state between dozing and sleeping when I wake up the first time, it's still difficult for me.
So 2-3h in my first stage of sleep are pretty good doable but then it gets difficult. Trying to adapting to the belt system, but it will be a longterm 'learning/adapting' process.

As I've mentioned yesterday I started increasing my stretching intensity with manual stretching and LM Rope Assist stretching. Start with less intensity into the session and then start increasing it every few minutes, worked very well so far.
For gripping strength I'm using corn powder (works same like baby powder, just don't have any bad health effects).

Also I thought about doing a short BM session once a week on low pressure, maybe it fastens up the process of 'converting' BPFSL to BPEL.
But it is really insane, I just did 2x3min on 50-60% pressure, I'm now 2-3 weeks into PE, I did my first week with BM sessions and some air-pumping and my dick still isn't conditioned (hope it ever will) and starts getting discolored very fast. I'm slowly increasing the pressure in those 2x3min pumping. I'm not pumping directly into 50-60% pressure, I'm doing every 20-30seconds like one'pump'. I don't have any pain nor do I get very expanded, it's really just around 50-60% pressure but my dick directly gets discolored. Also I'm not getting red dots, not even noticeable 'micro-red dots'. They need to be so small that I can't see them with my eyes, but my dick starts getting really dark brown ? After around 3-6h it's already going nearly back to normal but if you're thinking it was only a few minutes and on very low pressure I really don't want to know what will happen over time if I'm doing it daily with more pressure. My dick would start becoming either like a black dick or it will become a zombie dick, not looking like an aesthetic dick fitting my natural skin color.
Okay, I know about healing discoloration with chem. stuff, read already a lot about it and know there are ways to go 100% back to normal color.
But the question is if I want to allow myself to have a permanent discolored for the time I'm planning to do PE, which is around 2-3 years?
I won't mind moderate discoloration, but come one, I don't want to have a completely discolored dick.
Did you guys think it will become better that my dick conditiones itself to it or does it always happen with BM/pumping?

I started using it religiously, and then it started to fade to a more tan look, which I still have to this day. I never saw any darkening that stuck around from pumping though.

Thanks for those 2 recommendations, I think they will even help but like I'm doing it with health, I'm trying to preventing things rather than curing them afterwards when the problem already happened or is happening :D
I tried it today again with my Bathmate and sh*t man, I think if I keep doing that I'll get a black dick (fail)
normally I don't have any problems with my body/tissue that it changes colors very fast. For example if I got hit and have a blue/green/yellow spot on my skin, it vanishes very fast.
But mostly it never happens, except it was a real hard hit. Some other people get really fast blue spots, if you just touch their skin a little.

I don't know if it is because I'm now only 3 weeks in, but others writing here on their first days they're already going max. pressure and no problems, maybe they just don't care about the color and are happy by the sizegain.

If I won't have another option and it doesn't get better, I will try it maybe every 1-2 weeks, then I'll don't give a damn and do some chem. discoloration healing with acid after 1-2 years PE. I've read some articels and I know it's 100% possible, so it's not that bad.
But it will be much more time saving to do something like that compared to doing daily oiling and IR or NIR light. Really don't wanna exhaust me with habits as I'm already happy that I'm now 3 weeks in with PE on daily basis with no days off.
It will just be annoying in the 2-3 years I'm planning to do PE banging chicks with a black dick (cwl) But as I'll focus on length first anyways, maybe it will only be 1-2 years, so yeah, let's see how it goes.
 
Please, don't burn your skin with chemicals. This can lead to infection, and possible amputation of your junk. I know some practice this sort of thing, but you are walking a razor's edge when you do shit like that.

First things first, I'm f*cking happy that I've successfully managed to do PE now for 3 weeks on a daily basis (monkey)
For me this is a huge thing as I've started to change my life few weeks ago and started new habits, also PE.
I can see some temp. flaccid length gains right after training like manual stretching and LM Rope Assist. Sadly it turtles back very very fast, even when I'm taking just a quick shower with warm water.
After using the Penimaster, it's a little bit better, stays on flaccid temp. gains (mostly length, but also some girth) for a few hours, even if I take a shower. Feels great, but I mean I've calculated with that as I'm wearing this great device for like 2/3 of the day LOL
After using BM/air-pump the temp gains are massive, but after a few mins it directly turtles back too. Then it even looks smaller, because I mostly get girth gains from it, so a small flaccid dick with big girth is looking smaller than a small dick with normal girth (xd)
But who cares, just wanted to let you know the current situation about becoming a shower. I'm in for the long-run and it's just my warm-up (fire)

Not really if you're doing it carefully. It only kills the very top surface skin. Starting on slow acid percentage and then increase until it's working.
For sure and 100% I only will do this in work with a great doctor in this field ;)
Btw. I'll only do this in the end of my PE-career, so I still have time for research and all but I'm sure that this is the best solution to remove 100% discoloration and this method is done all over the world, mostly in the beauty scene of women.

Yeah, that's some scary shit. You'd be better off using cake soap on your junk. They use this in other countries to bleach skin.

Started to use the penimaster rod system seriously, what I'm meaning by that:
I'm using it mostly in the evening, so my dick is pre-stretched from the belt system for multiple hours on a light stretch throughout the day.
Then I'm massaging my dick a little bit, doing some heli-shakes and then sh*t starts to become serious.
With the penimaster rod system you can increase length in 0.5cm (0.2") steps. So I'm starting at a low level and increasing every few min the length of my rod expander another 0.5cm (0.2"). Doing this for around 30min while watching series, reading or just chilling out.
I'm still a newbie and as I've said multiple times previously, I'm starting not at maximum intensity, so everything is pretty chilled here and not going to intense. However, in my last increasement of the rod expander I'll wear it with feeling some intense stretching (only around 3-5min).
Afterwards, directly doing some heli-shakes and putting my penis back into the Penimaster belt system wearing it on a light stretch :)

From time to time I will increase the intensity with the rod system. Honestly, I think that can be an extremly accurate way to keep track of gaining BPFSL as you easily know yourself without measuring with a ruler, how long the rod system is. If I could later increase the rod system 0.5cm (0.2") every 2-3 weeks at maximum intensity, I would be very happy, but let's see how it goes!

Feelings so far:
I'm feeling awesome! Especially because I'm wearing my extender as much as I can, so even when I'm sometimes just chilling out when I'm taking a break from everyday stress, I still have the feeling that I'm productive because wearing the extender for 'passive gains' :D

What an awesome day :) Today I thought why not doing bundled stretching with my extender?
So as I'm wearing my penimaster daily between 14-18h, I thought it couldn't harm if I bring some variety in.
Doing bundled stretching works perfectly with the belt- & rod system. I've also tried it shortly with their weight hanging system, just to see if it works - it works perfectly(like)

Currently something is changing on the skin of my dick, it starts to feel a little raw. Normally it was just temporary after for example wearing mummy/wrap for 20-40min, but now it's feeling like that kind of permanent. Not that intense like after wearing a mummy/wrap, but noticeable.
@longstretch, @kyrpa and @DLD is this a sign that I'm coming into the 'Gain Zone'? Could be micro-tears which are filling up or is it just imagination and something like that is not noticeable?

It could be due to skin stretch. Yes, this will lead to gains, as the skin will need to catch up with the internal growth.

Well, I think now I'm starting to cement my habit because the first thing I do when waking up is to start attaching my penimaster belt syste, then making some breakfast and I'm already in a happy mood because I let the PMP work for me(like)
Overall through the day I'm feeling more productive, because I'm doing the thing which I'm doing in an active way, while wearing my extender in a passive way.
May just sound like a 'mind-thing' and I think it is, but lots of people say that around 1000hrs/extender are equal to around ~1" (2.54cm) length gains when done correctly and having a good stretch and not just wearing it that it's 'done' in a very light stretch.

With my current wearing time of around 14-16h a day in average, it will take me (when I calculate with the minimum of 14h) 71 days for 1000hours.
Let's round up and say it's 75 days, so every 2 1/2 months I'm adding 1000hrs of extender time.
Honestly I don't believe in the 1000hrs = 1" length gain LOL sounds to good to be true, but maybe 1500-2000hrs could be equal to maybe 1". But no matter how much it will bring in the end, I'll be thankful for every gain I get haha!

Total Extender wearing time: 333 hours!

Another good day of success, 19h wearing my extender(like)
As said, in the upcoming 3-4 weeks lots of stuff will happen. Currently trying all kind of belt wearing types of my PMP. Great sh*t with the PMP belt system is that I can use it normally as belt system, to the left or to the right around the leg/belly. I can use it as shoulder belt, neck belt, knee belt or even foot belt system. This evening I just found out it's very comfortable to wear it as shoulder belt or as foot belt for a great comfort while laying on the couch/bed.

I just need to wait for something to arrive and then it's time being in an elongated state also overnight:
Also maybe I'm going to compare some extenders and do more research to find out the one which fits me the most and with the best possible tension with the most comfort.

Ball Stretching: (Kill the turkeyneck, increase the flaccid hang angle & increase the flaccid hanging length)
Another huge step forwards is that I've finally decided to implement "ball stretching" now too. For sure also in a passive way as I'm a lazy person.
Around 3 weeks ago with the last order of pe things, I've also got some ball-streching rings, nearly similar to cockrings, but a little more thick.
They look nearly the same like durorings and are also great to use as intense cockrings. Got 6 of them in a package for around $20.
One I've already started to use as cockring as they are so thick and good LOL So it already has a little more circumference than the other ones. So it's 5 one left for ball stretching. I'm directly going for 5 rings and when it starts to 'hurt' a little (not really hurting like pain, but you feel that it's uncomfortable) then I'm taking 1-2 rings off. Honestly it's not becoming uncomfortable because it's stretched too long, it's becoming uncomfortable because you have some arteries and all in the ballsack and when something is squeezed a little bit or just being pulled a little bit it hurts. Starting with this method for now as it's not stressful, easily to implement, can be done while wearing the extender and it's another 'passive possible gains' I'm adding to my list!
Honestly it's much more difficult to get lots of wearing time with the rings, because as said, it starts to hurt after 15-30min. So I'm aiming to do this for as often as I can throughout the day/evening when I'm at home. Mostly will aim for 15-30min in the morning and 15-30min in the evening.

Ah, and important to say, I'm not doing this because I'm bored, I'm doing this because I've a turkey neck which is annoying me.
It kills my flaccid hang angle, as I've written in my first post I guess. So my flaccid hanging angle is ony around 100°-110° instead of hanging down to the ground like 170°-180°! Also, as I've mentioned, my flaccid length is really bad in my eyes, so the lower the ballsack hangs, the lower the dick can hang :)

Less time and work investment, more benefits for being consistent?!
I have to think about taking out clamping, edging and erect stretches from my daily routine.
Don't get me wrong, it's just taking me maybe 10-20min per day, but I have to focus here, get an erection for 20-25min and so on. It's just more 'work' than stretching for example.

I know it's having good overall benefits but I really try to keep my 'time and work' invest as low as I can to make sure that I can stay consistent for a long time. Because the last 2-3 days I've already felt that I'm not that motivated for erect training anymore on a daily routine.
Maybe I'm aiming for doing it just on the weekend days on Sat/Sun or on Fri/Sat/Sun or maybe just one day of the week.

Also I don't know if it's just a feeling, but maybe even my balls are increasing in size from all the edging.

Sometimes I'm catching myself that I'm not going with the routine with manual stretching and LM but then just doing fulcrum stretches & A-stretches LOL maybe sometimes I'm even just stretching around, doing non-existing exercises but the pull and stretch feels very intense (cwl) I've to go again through the MoS video library for the next few days and see if some of the exercises I've done of my own, are already named by DLD. But in the end, I don't think it's a too bad problem if the stretch/pull is also intense.

Also I've started to stretch on my dick even when I'm erect and edging ? Don't know if DLD did some magic here but I've never done anything like this and now since doing PE I'm bending my dick while edging, pulling it into all different directions, bend it to the left, bend it to the right, bend it to the left while pushing with the hand into the mid of my shaft, doing the same to the right (xd) Maybe that's my manifested edging routine now.

Funny thing: Since my libido skyrocks, I'm even stay erect while pulling on my dick and bending it.

So all is going great and it's also making some fun!

I never mention this in this thread but a very quick way to increase flaccid length is using the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. Check it out and try it and I think you’ll see the incredible power it holds.

Ball-stretching I'm just doing since 3 days so far with silicone rings (same like cockrings, just more tight).
I think stretching the skin in order to really see a difference with the turkey neck and lower hanging balls will take at least around 3-6 months of daily work if that was your question.

About the chick: sadly the gifs here don't say the names of the girls haha, I've posted lots of hot chicks in the thread of @TuffDong, I've also asked myself that question a lot LOL

Nothing special to say, just that I was completely exhausted and felt asleep while stretching my dick (cwl)

I don't even know if I should keep on posting a daily log as it already became a routine and is just plain text.
Maybe in the future I'm thinking about either doing a weekly or monthly log. It doesn't give that much value out if I'm just posting what kind of training I did as it's always nearly the same beside the time I'm wearing the extender, which is changing everyday a little :)
If something would change on my routine, when adding or stopping an exercise, I'd for sure update that too.
Let's see what time brings.

Was always writing below my daily log what I've felt and what I've changed as I'm still a newbie and needed to find the right routine for me, so I've done some changes a few times. But now as things settle down a bit, most things are clear and I won't write that long texts anymore.

I know you're asking because of the long daily wearing time of my penimaster extender, which averages around ~14h-16h per day and about BPFSL.
The more difference between BPFSL and BPEL, the less good the EQ becomes (TGC Theory) - but I haven't measured so far and I don't planning measuring in the beginning as it will maybe disappoint me, but from reading lots of good threads it was often said that it takes around 4-6 weeks for newbies to actually start gaining as at first the resistance of the penile tissue has to be 'broken' (break-in period) and we start coming into the 'Gain Zone'.

Want to know why most men give up on PE and proceed to exclaim that it doesn’t work? Why some men gain easily while others struggle? They never finish the initial break in period! There exists a break-in period fairly early on in the penis enlargement process that most men simply aren’t aware of. This break-in period typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks from the start of PE exercises for those completely new to PE and completes when the first permanent gains begin appearing. These first real gains are an indication that the walls of the shaft and to a lesser extent the head have finally broken down and can no longer withstand the pressure they previously could due to the unhealed micro-tears building upon themselves over time. At this time the breakdown of the tissue walls begins to become physically apparent and can actually be felt beneath the skin on the shaft, most commonly on the shaft sides while the penis is semi-erect. The normal smooth or ribbed texture of the shaft walls may now instead have a woven or bumpy texture feel to it.

The broken down texture felt beneath the skin can be described as varying in feel from that of a rough woven or knitted (knotty) sweater material to fine granular bumps depending upon how far the tissues have been broken down, with the fine bumps being an indicator that the tissues are in near complete breakdown. Please note that it is not necessary to completely break down the tissues to a fine texture for gains to occur. If the woven texture of any kind is felt, anywhere on the shaft, gains will occur the fastest during this time. This state is what I used to call being in the Gain Zone years ago on the PE forums. It is also important to note that the further broken down the walls are, erections may be weaker typically since they cannot maintain structural integrity or surface tension as well as Pre-PE. A good analogy is when a balloon is stretched while under pressure and cannot maintain its shape when its walls begin to thin out from stretching beyond its limits.

Another added benefit of being in the Gain Zone is that since the tissues are broken down (disrupted) the lighter weight/force devices such as extenders and ADS devices work at a faster rate. With the tissues broken down, they can no longer resist the forces and all of the available force is now directly transmitted to the primary length restrictors, the ligaments. Ever wonder why the extender and ADS companies including jelqing instructions with their product? Now you know!

Mastering PE means being able to use that woven texture as your best indicator that PE is still working and gains are possible in my experience. Reading the woven texture also allows you know whether you are entering or leaving a plateau period, this helping you avoid wasted time and effort while using some routines and devices. Simply put, if using the device or technique produces and maintains the texture it will be of benefit to you, while techniques or devices that cannot create or maintain that texture (keep you in the Gain Zone) should be avoided and are therefore not beneficial. Some in the PE world describe this as riding the “fatigue” following the exercises, in other words using the period following tissue breakdown to create gains. Whatever you would like to call it, its usefulness cannot be overstated during your PE journey.

So how do you get to this magical Gain Zone I speak of? You must overload or stress the tissues repeatedly during the start of your PE journey to create the micro-tears, then continue building on those tears with more “damage” until the walls literally begin to fracture, creating the woven texture. How best to overload the cell walls? Both length and girth techniques that feature decent applied force or weight are capable of causing sufficient cell wall disruption to get you into the Gain Zone. Techniques such as Kegel Clamps and the Shopping Bag hanger are good methods for beginners to reach the Gain Zone, while more seasoned PE users might require Modified Jelqing, Heavy Weight Hanging, or even Clamping to push them past the break-in period. Remember, once you are in the Gain Zone you can switch to lighter force/weight routines and the texture can still be retained if the lighter force/weight routines are performed consistently to avoid excessive healing which would require break-down using heavier force.

To use the texture as your PE gauge takes practice but once you get the hang of it you can use it to help determine your healing rate, optimum number of rest days, and effectiveness of PE exercises and products. Lastly, the Gain Zone woven texture will heal and completely disappear (revert to smooth) over the course of a few weeks, with initial healing (woven texture fading) just beginning within the first week of PE being ceased, so plan accordingly. The fact that you can take a week’s vacation while in the Gain Zone without losing it is a wonderful thing!

Traveling long term? Busy with life? Should you be concerned about leaving the Gain Zone while away or when standard PE exercises aren’t an option, use moderate force manual stretches for several minutes each day or every other day during an extended break period to maintain the woven texture. I use this technique constantly so I can instantly see gains while trying out new PE devices being reviewed. In this way, you can start right back up (even months later) where you stopped PE and immediately begin to see new gains without having to go through the break-in period again!


I've never read about that on any forum and it really seems to make sense as I've also noticed something on my penis skin few days ago.

I'm having around 5-7 hours sleep, in average mostly 5-6 hours, on the weekends maybe 7.
But it has nothing to do with PE LOL If you check my log, my active PE time is only around 30-45min.
Ball stretching is just wearing kind of cockrings around my ballsack to stretch it into the length and I'm doing this while wearing my extender.
And wearing an extender doesn't cost me any time, the only time it takes throughout the day is when you're drinking a lot (I do) and then have to take a piss every 1-2h. But taking off the extender and taking it back on only takes around 10-15s each (at least with my Penimaster Pro).

Just kidding, but enough would be when you're having enough 'deep sleep' (sleep cycles) which can be measured with some devices. Sleep quality is more important than sleeping time, but if I would start about this topic now, it would become a little bit to deep and too much.
For the average Joe it really depends on the person, I know some people they just sleep around 4-5h and are daily active and it's enough for them while I also know people which sleep 8-9 hours daily and don't work with less sleep.

Microtears are how they hypothesized gains happened in the mid 2000's. All the heavy hitters started to think this was true (Bib, Xeno, etc). In my mind that's been all disproved based on the evidence I know presented in my Long Game thread. For one there was question if microtears lead to scar tissue. ThoughtfulGold at thunders had a diagnostic ultrasound done recently and guess what? No scar tissue despite years of PE.

I now think it is a cellular mediated response to the stress associated with PE. Fibroblast mediated proliferation. To get more nerdy there is usually a delay of one week from time of stress to maximal response. In our world though you'd need more than once a week PE sessions for growth. Recovery can and does happen alongside restressing the tissue and growth. Something to explore and keep in mind as you read others accounts. The "theory" many times might not be that accurate and if you operate with a less accurate theory you will likely have less than optimal results because a less than optimal approach. I'm not saying flat out wrong just less optimal.

Take xeno for example. I believe he was taking strain rates as that'll explain how he formed many of his ideas, or at least taking daily BPSFL. He operated under the microtears theory. He used hot tub equipped to go hotter than normal to do PE in and took regular decons. So he did some things that were revolutionary and I agree beneficial at the time. However his methods were extreme because he was trying to cause actual damage to create those microtears. So he'd stress his tissues extremely for a short time (2 week) then take a decon. That may have been less than optimal.
