Everything going great so far, but as I've told you in the beginning I've slowed it down after first few days - decreasing intensity and time-invest.
I've decided that tomorrow I'm increasing the intensity/force during manual stretching and with LM-work again.
If I see that my dick can't handle it because of red glans or other injuries, I'll slow it down again. But so far I really think I would be able to handle it now so every 2-3 weeks I'm trying to increase the intensity
I noticed a lot of darkening in 2013, when I first started to clamp. My dick went from white, to olive color very quickly. This is when I found the Palmers Skin Therapy oil in the lotion aisle. I started using it religiously, and then it started to fade to a more tan look, which I still have to this day. I never saw any darkening that stuck around from pumping though.
The newest and greatest ways to deal with discoloration is using a watered down version of alpha hydroxy while under the MOSred lamp. Clamping will always make your penis darker and eventually it will end up being permanent unless you take steps to reduce it.
Please, don't burn your skin with chemicals. This can lead to infection, and possible amputation of your junk. I know some practice this sort of thing, but you are walking a razor's edge when you do shit like that.
Day 24: (Cementing my habit & Future Updates)
Well, I think now I'm starting to cement my habit because the first thing I do when waking up is to start attaching my penimaster belt syste, then making some breakfast and I'm already in a happy mood because I let the PMP work for me(like)

Overall through the day I'm feeling more productive, because I'm doing the thing which I'm doing in an active way, while wearing my extender in a passive way.
May just sound like a 'mind-thing' and I think it is, but lots of people say that around 1000hrs/extender are equal to around ~1" (2.54cm) length gains when done correctly and having a good stretch and not just wearing it that it's 'done' in a very light stretch.
With my current wearing time of around 14-16h a day in average, it will take me (when I calculate with the minimum of 14h) 71 days for 1000hours.
Let's round up and say it's 75 days, so every 2 1/2 months I'm adding 1000hrs of extender time.
Honestly I don't believe in the 1000hrs = 1" length gain LOL sounds to good to be true, but maybe 1500-2000hrs could be equal to maybe 1". But no matter how much it will bring in the end, I'll be thankful for every gain I get haha!
I just thought it would be fun to calculate my PMP belt+rod system extender wearing time after my first 24days:
belt system: 281hrs
rod system: 52hrs
Total Extender wearing time: 333 hours!
Average wearing time per day (had 1 day off because I was doing physical work all day): 333/24 = 13.875hrs/day.
Next step is to find a solution for having my dick in an extended/elongated state at night too.
As said, it's possible with extenders too, but I don't wanna wake up every 2hours when getting an erection nor want to let it affect my sleeping quality or time by it, as sleep for me is really important.
So I've done an order and let's wait to see what will arrive in the next 2-3 weeks (international shipping) which could solve this for me (clap)

I never mention this in this thread but a very quick way to increase flaccid length is using the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. Check it out and try it and I think you’ll see the incredible power it holds.

Ball-stretching I'm just doing since 3 days so far with silicone rings (same like cockrings, just more tight).
I think stretching the skin in order to really see a difference with the turkey neck and lower hanging balls will take at least around 3-6 months of daily work if that was your question.
