It's nothing manually, just wearing 'ball-stretching rings' but actually you could use cockrings for that too. I've 6 of them, they're kind of fat and tight, but 1 I've started using for my dick, so only 5 left.
So currently mostly starting with 5 now, then if I feel some discomfort I take 1 off, so that I only wear 4 afterwards. If I feel some discomfort then I go down to wearing 3. But right now I'm mostly able to do 4 or 5 for 2x15min.
It's nothing specially and I'm not focused on getting very low hanging balls, I'm doing this in combination with the Testicle Health Massage, which I'm doing everyday, to get a better hanging flaccid dick and kill my Turkey Neck :)
It already seems that it works, but I think it will take around 6 months of daily consistent work to really get a great result.

Well, I'm mostly using this to just keep track of my training as kind of log, I'm also doing it in an excel file, but sharing it with the others here helps me improving faster, as they can share their own experiences with exercises or methods I use and help me to improve with things which I could do better.
Also it helped me in the beginning to really do the work every single day and not stopping, even if I was exhausted or my mind gave me excuses why I wouldn't need to workout that day haha. So yes, keeping a log is definitely a great thing, for yourself as a newbie but also later to share your experiences and other people can learn from it.

Stretching on high intensity, jelqing on high intensity, afterwards using my extender and at evening/night or when being in public I'm switching into the stealth innerwear.
No injuries and no pain! I've started slowly and conditioned my penis over the first 2-4 feeks, now I'm not having any problems with high intensity.
The only exercise I'm still a little bit careful is the LM Power Assist Wrench (you'll also find more about this exercise in the link above).
 
I love that you’re including fulcrum stretches via the powerassist, it has gone so forgotten that these types of stretches are very powerful. Thanks for keeping it alive and I hope other people follow your example and check out just how much they can do with the powerassist.

Some people already have written me and asked me why I'm just writing my routine and not much text anymore :D well, I've already said before that I've found my routine and it's working for me. My penis is already conditioned and everything works fine. PE already has become a habit and I'm very happy about it.
I've spent lots of time in my first 4 weeks here, which had been super awesome and I've learnt a lot! But I'm focused on active PE time and real-life as this is the real shit ? :)
For sure I'm always trying my best to answer questions if you guys have any and I'm determined to keep my daily posting up, but my priority is my penis growth & active PE time.
I also actually don't know how long I'll stick to my current routine, till end of my 3rd month? Maybe even 4th month or till the end of my 6th month? I can't say that right now.
For sure my first gaining measurement will come between my 3rd and 6th month of PE.
This will be my first stage of my PE journey, I will declare it as Newbie Routine and conditioning my dick as I really believe in that and saw that lots of people are getting injured who're doing things too fast.

Also I'm already working on things for my next stage, stage 2 - which also will be 3-6 months then.
Here I'm already looking for the best ways to prevent getting injured and methods in doing so.+
There's lots of things which can be implemented and I'm figuring out and researching which ones will be the best for me in the next routine and which one would benefit me the most in stage 2.
Lots of things could be implemented or switched - hanging, US device usage, pumping, clamping.
But as said, still figuring things out, researching and reading lots of user experiences and logs!

On top of that I'm always trying to keep PE as balanced as I can in my daily life.
For now it's really not a big deal, even if some maybe think I'm spending half my life with PE - that's not true.
I'm waking up earlier than usual, getting my PE time in, putting on my penimaster belt extender system and starting into the day. At evening/night and during sports I'm wearing my stealth innerwear. Soon I'll maybe be also able to wear it during sleep, but can tell you more about it as soon as my next order comes in.

Lengthmaster is really a great device for getting good intensity in!
I'm already testing some ways to use the LM pretty chilled in combination with another device (fire)8-)

Definitely bro! Lots of intensity + maybe it's even giving us some base girth as the force is working into 2 directions in the same time.
One when pulling the dick manually and the other one of the device stretching the base against our manual stretching direction.

That’s awesome my man! When the PowerAssist came out not too many people knew about fulcrum stretching. But today we know that fulcrum stretching is very powerful and extremely effective in creating growth quickly.

Training is feeling awesome, I can really pull/stretch with a very high intensity without problems.
For grip I use cornstarch powder and it makes it so much easier - no slipping glans anymore while pulling behind the glans.
Also I won't get 'lymph' at the glans when using lots of force when I'm using cornstarch powder, can't tell you why.
As for the erect work, still playing around here and even doing exercises which are not named. But it's only important that you know I'm using high intensity currently and bending into all directions (start slow, increase with time).
Also I've increase the intensity on my LM Power Assist Wrench exercise - but take care here, it's really working on the ligs.

Last few days I've been playing around with 'passive manual stretching' - it works great so far and I'll share this trick with you later today.
It's like manual stretching, but using 2 devices, so you don't even need to pull manually anymore (if you own both devices) and can relax while stretching on a very high intensity while sitting/laying, perfect for lazy people like me.
 
The Lazy Stretching Method: (will be updated soon with more detailed instructions)

What you will need:
  • Vacuum Glans Chamber (preferential from an extender, but you can also buy a cheap vacuum twist cup on ebay/amazon)
  • Lengthmaster (preferred) or just a normal wooden stick (3"-4" girth)
  • Extender-Belt (preferred) or a thick rope from a normal store/ebay/amazon (paracord would be the best)

Instructions:
1. Put on the glans chamber
2. Connect it with the extender belt system or rope - so that you can pull on the belt/rope and your dick stretches
3. If you're using the LM, put your penis+chamber+belt system/rope through the hole in the LM
4. Attach the end of your rope/belt with your foot

Now you can very easily stretch your penis with your foot while laying or sitting.
But we're not done here, we also have the LM or wooden stick in the game.

Fulcrum Stretches:
So now you're stretching the penis with your foot, while you're pulling up the LM/wooden stick, pulling it to the side or pressing it down.
In that way you can do Fulcrum stretches super easily!

Lazy Stretching Method:
But what about they lazy method?
Place the LM or wooden stick on top of your legs (thighs) and stretch your penis with your foot - done!
If you're having an extender belt which you can adjust by size very easily, you can connect it to some spots in your room and easily stretching your penis from different angles.
The opposite of the foot stretch is actually to wear the belt around your neck, so your penis gets pulled to the top while doing an automatic fulcrum stretch :)

I'm doing everything with my Penimaster belt system + Lengthmaster. In that way it is super comfortable, I can stretch with this way on an immense level of intensity while just laying in bed/on the couch and watching series/movies, reading a book or just chilling.
It even works perfectly while sitting on a chair in front of your desk.
I think I'm really going to use this method a lot and this is also some kind of passive stretching! So for all of us who're short in time and still want to get their stretching training done - this is a method which could safe you or even make your stretching sessions much more comfortable!

I think this was the best day so far, 16hours of wearing my Penimaster extender, 6h of wearing Stealth Innerwear and doing my manual training!

For the stealth innerwear I set my alarm clock on the phonefor every 2hours during sleep. So I slept 6hours (3x2h) and in each break I shortly massaged my penis and put it back into the Stealth Strap.
Doing this because I have a bigger base girth then glans girth and I wanted to test it tonight. The nights before I always was waking up with huge boners EQ>10, because the Stealth strap was to tight at the base, so it worked like a cockring as soon as I got a boner during sleep. Once I even had to pour cold water on it, after the erection didn't get away after 25-30min (cwl)
Can't wait for my custom tapered sleeves and some more stuff! (fire)

I've read sometimes that you don't even need to use lots of force/intensity for getting tissue growth - lots of extender companies are recommending moderate intensity but over a long time period.
I think actually both ways work, maybe it even works the best in combination.
I still don't know the best for resting time - some people like me are trying to stay the most time they can in an elongated state (besides manual training) while others are doing their manual training and that's it.
We still have to do lots of try&error and sharing experiences for finding the best ways. Lots of people say 'everybody is different', which is not that wrong, but our bodies are all based on the same principles. Some may heal faster, some may gain faster - but maybe this is depending on factors like age, overall health, nutrition, supplements or whatever. There are maybe soft-gainers and hard-gainers, but I still believe that when we all test a lot of things and doing 'own researches' we will soon very good ways for gaining fast.
So that maybe everybody could gain 2" length and 1" girth in around 2-3 years and don't need to do PE for 5+ years or even 10+ years.
I think with a 2" length and a 1" girth gain most people would already be happy and feeling great.

Now I already feel like I've studied PE and knowing about this since months/years.

I'm trying to find the best devices for each category or will even try to combine some of them to make the best version for myself.
I'm really dedicated to PE now as I have goals. My goal is not directly a size-goal as you may have seen in the title, but more about improving everything I can.
I just love the vibes here and that everybody is sharing experiences. If more people would do that, we could actually start own split-tests and own MoS researches about different training routines + their results. I know I've already said that multiple times but as PE is still new to this world and there are not so many medical studies, we need to find out the things as private persons on our own!
Let's see if I can soon push things a little bit and start some own experiments (Ring of Power, icing the balls, ...) to motivate others in doing so too :)

Thanks for the nice words, I hope so too! Because I guess it will be more difficult gaining girth and I mostly currently focus on length first and will later focus on girth.
So I'm planning around 2 years for length and 1 year for girth. But for sure I will also combine exercises like you already see since my 2nd month.
But I think I'm still pretty length focused with all the extender time and just erect work every second day. I think it's actually also important to do some erect work, even when being focused on length because while jelqing we're also getting some length gains + erect bends & erect stretches are also very beneficial for length. But let's see what the first measurements are telling once I do them. I think after around 4-6 months :)

Also I'm more than hyped how my turkey neck and flaccid hang will improve (fire)(hearteyes)

Another day of 22h being in an extended state!
I'm so excited for the custom tapered SI to arrive.
Yesterday somebody asked me some details about the Penimaster Pro and how I'm able to use it for such long wearing times. As it's easy that the post get lost in my daily log, I'll maybe soon create threads about the devices I use + my personal tricks which I've found out while using them.
Another question was that people get fluid build-up, this only happens when you don't have a 100% sealed vacuum. I don't know where in my thread but I've also posted once about this and that I made some research on my own about fluid build-up and vacuum.

On top of that @DLD and @Lightnings Lengthmaster are the shit! I'm really tempted to increase my intense stretching time, but then my log would sound completely out of this world if I would write about 90mins of manual stretching per day (cwl)

On top of that I'm currently doing some tests with my Bathmate, but I'm always getting discoloration directly after use + red dots + fluid build up.
And as you already know me or my logs, I'm definitely not dumb or unexperienced. I'm only using it for about 3-5min and on 40-50% pressure. So I'm going to check for solutions here but I've already chatted with people using the BM (who have discoloration on their own) and did some research. Pump sleeves could be a solution for it.
I know there are ways to get rid of discoloration at the end of my PE time: (Discoloration Post-Mortem Writeup by Filmfreak - Matters of Size | Male Enhancement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums) but I'm the kind of person who thinks prevention is better than curing things in chemical ways.
If there really is no good solution then... I'm doing it also, but not willingly.

Training is working very good. Waking up, doing the training, starting my day!
I'm very happy with my Penimaster, I've made lots of research before I've bought it in the beginning as it's a medical licensed product. I can easily wear it 12-15hours as you've often seen it in my log. It's comfortable, no fluid build up (only if you create a 100% sealed vacuum) and it's also possible to wear it in public, as their only thing you will be able to spot is the glans chamber.
But still... I want to make the best ouf of my 2-3 years of PE which I've planned, so I've also ordered a phallosan which should arrive the next 1-3 days I guess as the tracking sadly doesn't really work, hope it will already arrive on tuesday as today is Veterans Day :)
On top of that I've also placed an order at stealthformen and will be getting my custom tapered Stealth Innerwear (normal + strapless) pretty soon too :) There I've made a kinda bulk order as I also need a solution for my Bathmate pump, because I'm doing some pre-tests for stage 2 of my training routine and here I want to include pumping. My penis isn't conditioned to pumping, but in the air-pump I don't have any problems, even on 5-10inHg while I have big struggles on just 40-50% pressure in my Bathmate for 4-5min. Sadly I directly get red dots on my penis + the skin color temporary directly changes dark. As I've made some research - it seems to be pretty normal for the most users in pe-forums that the Bathmate gives you discoloration and is completely uncomfortable with their pressured + very often the balls get sucked in... at least the thing with the balls doesn't happen to me LOL Instead of making this a chilled and enjoying session people comparing this more to a sports competition and trying to stay in the Bathmate while feeling pain/being uncomfortable. So for that reason I hope the TPE sleeves of steatlh will help me.

My goal is to stay in an extended state for as long as I can - trying to wear an extender (Phallosan or Penimaster) 14hrs per day and 6-8hrs using the stealth innerwear while sleeping. If I can do 20-22hrs per day in an extended stats I'd already be super happy about it!

The Mityvac is another pump to view.

As soon as I look into air-pumping with different cylinder sizes I'll definitely check the MityVac cylinders out, would just need cylinders as I already own a good pump.
But for hydropumping I want something simple and don't want to take care of the pump - if water comes in or not, because water+ pumps are not the best friends. I love filling up the cylinder with water. With such things like pumps I need to use a water trap and then I'm feeling like in a hospital with all those cables :D + cleaning afterwards would take much more time compared with a hyddropump.
Would most likely use a hydropump when showering + wearing a shower strap. Let's see how it all goes

Either 50/50 left/right or wearing it one day to the left and the next day to the right, I don't take so much care about it.
I don't wear it upwards/downwards, can't wear it stealth in this way and I like wearing it much more on the waist, it's so easy with a belt system and very comfortable.

It's definitely not a waste! You know the people who are hanging weight? Well they all just let it hang downwards and they gain a lot.

As I have set up the bar of goals high + I want to make it possible in only 2-3 years - I'm trying to find the best products in each category.
What does 'best' mean? For me it means:
1) Quality & Durability:
Most products I will/want to use for at least 2-3 years every day. For extenders - multiple hours per day.
2) Gaining Effects: It doesn't help me when a product looks good & has a good quality, but doesn't help me making gains.
3) Usage: For which exercises can I use the pe-device? How much does it help me making my training routines and pe-life easier?
4) Wearing Cost/Consumption Cost: How often do I need to replace spare parts? How long can I use them?

There are lots of cheap extenders/pe-devices in general on ebay or other sites. But you always have to ask yourself if you want to save money on the short-term run or if it's maybe cheaper to buy 'more expensive' products which may have a better durability, quality and much more comfort.
I don't say that all 'expensive' products are better than cheap versions or DIY versions, but you always have to be smart and calculate for yourself.
For me, I'm trying to do one-time purchases and hope the products will last me for 2-3 years of daily use.


The packaging is nice, it looks good. Sadly the main box is very big, so there's not really a chance you'll able to take it with yourself while traveling. But for that reason they've included a travel bag - looks good and should be able to solve that problem.

I've ordered both versions - Phallosan forte & their rod system - Phallosan Plus+.
I'm owning all 3 versions of the Penimaster (Belt system, rod system, weight hanging system) so I can later maybe create a good comparison and showing the advantages and disadvantages of each extender.

What actually is included, you'll see on their website, I don't have to list it here again.
A big difference is already that you have 3 different glans chambers, the Penimaster only uses one, but uses different sizes of adhesion diaphragms for a perfect fit.
As for membranes/sluices they both use different sizes -S, M & L.

The Phallosan uses a protector cap to protect your glans and you have to put it over your glans. They exactly look like toe caps, if you every had an injury on one of your toes, you'll know what I mean, else you can google it.
Alright so you put it over your glans and put your glans into one of the chambers you picked (S/M/L) - this is completely different to the penimaster. It is not a 'perfect fit', else they would need hundreds of different glans chambers, but the protector cap is/should protecting your glans. In that way it should be possible that you don't need a perfect fitted chamber or membrane. But here you need to 100% make sure that the protector cap is fitted perfectly and no air is between your glans and the protector cap.

I've very often already mentioned it:
For vacuum extenders you want to make sure to get a perfect fit and 100% sealed vacuum, else you will get lymph/fluid retention and a swollen glans. On top of it you need a 100% sealed vacuum for a perfect blood circulation in your glans, so it doesn't get cold + vacuum extenders are the most comfortable and much better than nose strap extenders (try it yourself if you don't believe me).

Next Step:
Rolling down the silicone sleeve over your penis (which you rolled up before) and start to pump with the attached phallosan pump.
Here is another main difference between the Phallosan and the Penimaster, on the Phallosan the pump is always attached while you don't have attached a pump to your penimaster.
Now you're ready to go, attach the spare tension clip, put on the belt system and let's go!

1) One thing I already thought about when I've worn it for the first time a few hours ago:
Because the pump is attached + the spare tension clip + their locking system - it's much more noticeable under your clothes compared to the Penimaster, but maybe I can still figure a way out to solve this.

2) Spare tension clip - is it normal that this thing is making squeaking noises when you are walking?
Does anybody has some tricks or should we oil it? I'm just wearing it since around 3hours and everytime I'm moving/walking it's making noises. If I don't find a solution here, how should I wear it out in public and get my 13-15hrs of daily extender wearing...

3) Their locking system and tension clip seems to be made out of plastic. I don't know if this will be durable for 2-3 years of daily wearing if I'm honest.

Besides of the 3 points above, it seems to be a great quality product and will my replace my Penimaster Pro now for the next 1-2 weeks until I can make a decision which one I like the most and which one is helping me achieving my goals with the most comfort and best ways for gaining :)


Let's come to the next point - Phallosan Plus+:
Here I will really need some help and I'm completely lost if I compare it to the Penimaster Rod system.
I don't know if this is a bad joke or if it's actually real. I'm really trying to be rational here but if I compare it to my Penimaster rod system it just kinda makes me sad.

I've tried it 2 times so far, but it really is no way comparable to the rod system of their competition.
The first thing which really annoys me in a tremendous way is that I have to take my glans chamber off when I'm switching from the belt system to their rod system. Why couldn't they just make the base hole a little bit biggerso that the different chambers (S/M/L) are fitting through it?
Like common, this can't be true. So I actually have to take it off and then putting on the base ring + putting on the glans chamber again?! Man this is how you make good products complicated and really annoy customers with it.
So instead of switching between their belt and rod system in a comfortable way I have to re-attach it + putting on the glans chamber while I'm halfway in the rod system?
Maybe I'm already accustomed to the luxus of the Penimaster and that I can switch between all their systems without re-attaching their glans chamber and switching from belt to rod to weight hanging system in seconds... but this is really a no-go.

Quality:
Man... I don't wanna say too much about it so far and have to test it for a few days, but from what I'm seeing when comparing it to my other rod system, it's a shame. I'll get in contact with @VoorheesXIII here but I'm not very happy about my purchase with the rod system so far.

Anyways, the belt system seems solid and I have to figure it out + will wear it for the next few days/weeks. After I've worn it for a decent amount of time I can give you a better comparison, this was just from my first impressions, looks and first 2hours of wearing it.
