Heyy guys, so I recently came about the concept of PE. But I'm trying to be really cautious to not mess up and cause anything serious. My penis is slight above average and I'm mainly only looking for a bit of length and girth increase. I have no problems taking it as slow as possible, there are no time constraints. Any suggestions? What exercises should i start with? And how do i do them safely?

Best place to start is the newbie routine you will find that in the newbie forum for a more advanced routine look at the SRT routine sound in the SRT forum.

Thanks man. How long should i use the newbie routine until i go for the advanced? Keep in mind, I'm not looking for crazy gains, but a bit of it wouldn't hurt.
