I have tried other programs(BD from r/gettingbigger and M9's r/ajelqforyou) and none even come close MOS' 5x5x3 program. Sharing here recent development from following the girth phase. Penis stats are BPEL: 5.2 X 4.0

Didnt bother measuring length but my girth shoot up 4.5(kinda cheated ;p ) but gains are gains. Just this morning, noticed my dick was still at its puffed state and feeling my dick, it didnt have the edema state as of before

Updating my progress thread since I'm half assing things:

First off, wake up at 5am then do fasted cardio with bcaa for at least 15 to 20 mins. After that, 5 mins of dead hangs. Hop in the bathroom then 5 mins of jelqs(ssj or regular jelq) then 5 mins of bathmate or 10 mins of bathmate. Get read for work then eat breakfast. Tried the no breakfast thing(so 2 meals a day) and it makes me feel lethargic.

Wearing an extender at moderate tension while taking public transpo is uncomfortable. Like it hits my balls and I can't blatantly adjust it in front of people. Takes at least 30 to 45 mins to get to work. Wrapping method is just a single microphone foam cover below the head. Scares here and there and the uncomfortable and pain is just frustating. While at work, moderate tension then once 45mins to 1hr has passed, take it off for rest.

Just now, tried changing it. Light wrapping using ace bandage and little to no tension on the extender - so kind of like an anti turtle setup, ride public transpo and voila! No pain or uncomfortable feeling. At work, still same setup but instead of taking off the extender, put it at little to no tension, and voila, penis is not in turtle mode. Also regretted not buying hydrocortisone since last night - real game changer for length work. So my game plan for extender work is: little to no extension while on the road and moderate to high tension while at work or home.

While at home, do calisthenics then after that, 5x5x3 program then cock ring for at least 15 mins. Any way I can extend the cock ring duration or should it segmented in sets?

Excited to see what gains I make with these recent changes. Also open for any criticism to what I am doing. You guys are the best :)

For a post 40 to 60 minutes of cock ring, you can break it down to 5 minutes or 10 minutes at a time. You can continue to do the same breakdown sets for the rest of the day to maximize the retained expansion volume. But if you allow the expanded volume to cool down for hours on end, you will only benefit the continuous expansion during healing when you wear the ring after the routines.
 
Smart move on the extender using minimal tension for Anti-Turtling method. I agree with oldandlively on cock ring usage. Very pleased you are using the 5x5x3, no better girth routine 😀

It means not to wear your cock ring 40 to 60 minutes straight past 80% restrictive flow. If you go past 80% restrictive blood flow, make sure to allow the pooling blood in your penis drains by squeezing it out and recycle new blood in every 5 to 10 minutes. Ponding blood is bad. This is blood clot territory.
