Excercise to improve erection

Im 39
Not sure if that's new. But i suddenly noticed that my member start losing erection at the second it lose arousal and im not sure if thats normal.
For example i noticed it when i jerq off in order to get measurements of my member. So i get to max erection, then in the 7 seconds i bring the meter to take measures it lose a bit.
Also after getting blowjob, there was some drinking pause (pause in touch but also in vibe) and it was start losing erection in 15 seconds.
Is it normal? Does excercises exist to improve it like kegel maybe?

Although it may seem not as I'm saying, but the most important thing you can do is kegel work. this will give you the best erection possible. I did about a 1000 to 2000 a day. Sometimes even more. I made it a habit so that no matter what I was doing or what was happening. I was getting them in. Kegels are an incredible way to improve erection quality
