Still trying to cement erect gains from last few months but I keep struggling to find a good technique for erect stretches.
I’ve been trying to do these for 5-10min a few times a week but grabbing tight enough to pull seems to make me lose erection within 30-45seconds. I usually have to do this in like 5+ attempts to reach the full amount of time.
Obviously losing erection isn’t great but maybe I am missing something here? Any tips for more effective erect stretching?
Please note I don’t want to take cialis/viagra while doing PE. I want to try and rely on good EQ for everything if possible.
