Are you supposed to do erect stretching immediately after a workout? If so, where exactly do you pull on your penis? Below the head, at the base, and in the middle?
I thought erect stretching and expressive stretching are two different things. Isn’t erect stretching fully erect while pulling from the base for 10 min a day 3 times per week? I believed that expressive stretching is flaccid and you pull from the base while reverse kegeling?

Very different things. It does not matter when you do the erect stretching is long as you do it. It is vital to you cementing erect length. The exercise is very easy you get fully erect your grip it right below your head and you stretch it straight out in front of you with all the strength you have.
and expressive stretch is any stretch that is great at the base of the penis. When we do expressive stretching we want to be close to the base so we can access in our penis. You don’t want to go to the extreme base you want to go about a quarter inch up so there’s room to stretch. But regardless of what you use your hands, lengthmaster, Bathmate etc. Anything that is towards the base is expressive.
Now this is just a suggestion that might be helpful. You can do erect stretching in an expressive way. Simply become 100% erect and grip your penis about a quarter inch up from the base and you are expressive stretching.
