Erect Extending...?

I have brought this up on other sites and always got back the standard negative feedback but since DLD is the only person that even talks about erect stretches I thought I would ask about it here.

With the advent of vacuum caps on rod extenders, has anyone ever done erect extending?
I have done it a few times, start flaccid, adjust the tension to fully collapse the springs and then getting erect. Has a very unique feel but I am not sure it does much...
Being that I am extended past my BPFSL I would think it would have some benefit but I haven?t heard anyone else talk about it.
 
I have seen a few men engaging in this, biggest issue is remaining erect. With a good dose of Viagra you may be able to hold an erection for 2 maybe 3 hours. I have never advised against erect exercise, I believe it to be the success to my own gains.

As I said, I am way past any newbie gains and in the middle of a plateau, so nothing is expected quickly.

My current routine is:
AM
10 min Jelq 90% Erect
10 min Bathmate fully erect
5 min Jelq
10 min Bathmate

PM
15 min LM Bundled Stretches
30 min Power Assist Stretches
60 min Vac/Rod Extender max force (last 15 min erect)
2-3 hrs lite Phallosan Forte

Due to privacy, the AM routine is 5 days a week and the PM routine is 6 days a week.

I really like this routine and am willing to give it at least a couple of months to see if I get any results.... unless you see something obvious that I need to tweak?
 
tbh better than erect extending, is one particular jelq, which is the straight upward jelq, get 100% erect and jelq with a very tight grip directly upwards towards the chin until you reach 20% erect (basically limp.)
do atleast 2000 a day, then wear the extender, and make sure you do a stretching session at night, all of this will have a compounding effect, jelq, extend, stretch, perfect!
 
I don't think you are doing enough for girth.

Thanks HG but I am only working on length.
My gains to date are 1-5/8” length and 3/4” girth with only length routines.
I am damn near 6” girth mid shaft (over 6-1/4 base) but still under 7” length... if/when I get to 7-1/4” length I may add more time/focus on girth but I am stuck.

JnH, I will work on some vertical Jelqs as you suggested.
