Many users report that resting days are very important to success. If i feel like I've been exercising a lot, I don't rest, but rather just get an erection 3 times that day for 15-20 minutes without edging, with a cock ring. Would this count as ''resting''? (well, training, but actually resting :P) Or would you advise me to edge?

I've read in some books that edging helps bring many nutrients in the penis and allow it to grow. If i don't edge, but simply get and hold an erection with a cock ring for 20 minutes, do i get the same effect? Does the penis still get flooded with enough nutrients like that?

How about not using the cock ring? Does that yield better, worse or the same results?

Don't over-think this. When you rest, you rest. Plainly. Resting for one guy might be different then another.

Try to judge how fatigued you before and after resting, then go from there.

Personally, I do girth every other day. I stretch everyday. After stretching on girth off-days I usually obtain a solid erection and edge for 10-15 minutes without a cockring, so as to get blood flow back and warm up my dick.

On girth days I stretch in the morning as usual, then pump, jelq, squeeze and edge in the evening. I put so much effort into all my exercises and girth especially because it feels and looks so dramatic after a session. However, I tried doing girth everyday and unless I use Viagra or Cialis I don't have the best results. Resting is important, but don't overthink it like I mentioned. Just listen to your body and your penis.

Some people need to rest their penis. My penis feels heavy fat and hang an inch below my nbpel when well rested. started hanging heavy 3 days ago and my hang is gone =( . You got to learn the way you penis reacts to your exercises.

I agree, there are many factors that play into how your penis generally looks, feels, and functions, and the most important thing is just to listen to your body.

I rest when training girth. I train 2 days on and one day off. If I train for 3 days straight, some times I don't get enough expansion the third day this is how I came up with the idea of training 2 days on and 1 day off.

It really is true. You need to create your own rest days. But make sure you're getting everything in. Or else you're wasting time.
