Durosleev Issues

So first off, I've been working with sales and they sent replacements for the first 2 damaged sleeves. I just wanted to post here and get some thoughts in case maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I have both the Silistretcher 2 and the Stealth Stretcher. I've now had a total of 4 of my durosleeves get holes or tear with very little use. If I use a new sleeve just hanging, it will last a couple weeks before getting small holes near where the sleeve goes over the rim of the vacuum bell.

So far I've tried extending with the Stealth Stretcher, and both times I've had a brand new sleeve develop a large hole and lose vacuum in less than an hour's time. I've tried both the 4 x .75 and the 4 x 1 sleeve and both times it got a hole I'm the same spot in less than an hour. I watched the videos for both and I know I'm not pulling too much vacuum as the sleeve isn't getting sucked into the bell at all. They were new sleeves, so I know this isn't an issue with storage or maintenance of the sleeves.

Sales is saying maybe I got some bad sleeves, but this is 4 in a row that aren't holding up. Anyone have any ideas what's going on or if I'm missing something?

I'm attaching a picture of the latest damaged sleeve still attached to the bell so you can see what I am talking about. View attachment 1826420

Thanks man for you post, now I don't have to open a thread myself. I kind of have the same problem you have, my holes are just a bit smaller.
I bought 6 Sleeves in total, four of those are for the SiliStretcher. One of the Sleeve2 broke 5 minutes ago, I've only used it for 2 days. I used it as a ADS and for hanging, but the hanging was only with 1,25 kg and the max. amount of vacuum was a little bit more than a 1/4 turn.
I can totally understand your frustration, I feel the same. I live in Germany, ordering a few Sleeves every month if this is going on is too expensive for me, I will test the DuroSleeves now, maybe they are better.

DuroSleeves are incredibly strong and meant to handle heavy work.

@Irvin85 Do you still have that problem? If yes, I may have an idea what causes it. Did the holes appear while using the SiliStretcher or the StealthStretcher? I had nearly the same holes with the phallosan forte with a selfmade device for my SizeGenetics. The Sleeve got damaged because it came in contact with the metal rods, maybe the same is happening with the StealthStretcher. Try protecting the areas that can come into contact if you still have problems.
