This is just my opinion,the goal of pe is to deform the tissues of the penis,done consistantly this will result in a permant gain.

When someone goes to the gym and trains say arms if there routine is sound then they should have stimulated growth,when they leave the gym they don't stop using there arms for 3-5 hours for fear of stopping growth,same goes for pe if you have fatigued the tissues then your job is done until the next session,if anything having sex masturbating is allowing fresh blood into your dick.

Agree mate,there are so many factors to be taken into account with pe,it is not a science,what produces results for one person may do nothing for another,it comes down to trial and error.

There are plenty of us who have made gains while still enjoying a good tug,others like you and VK have seen better gains from abstaining.
