Does bathmate produce different vacuum pressure?

I know bathmate is pushed agains the bone to produce the suction, but is it possible to produce with it a little bit of suction at a time? or does it have to be pushed all the way to produce a single pressure and keep it there?

It requires 3-4 full pumps in my experience. The first pump expels the most water and establishes suction against the bone. The consequent ones expel less water yet maximize the pressure on your penis while providing more suction.

You reach max pressure when the rubber gaiters are fully compressed and no more water comes out the Bathmate with additional pumps. Then you just leave it on for 5-15 minutes.

Why not just do the wine vacuum modification? Once this is done it becomes the most powerful pump possible. It will keep strict and solid pressure. I know you’re very handy so you can make this modification very easily

That's what I would recommend, only because I personally have not been able to have a mess-free experience with the Bathmate outside of the shower. Plus it's so much easier in the shower and you can do it either standing up or sitting down in a hot bath.

Do you have a link to instructions for the wine vac mod? I plan to do it once I max out the HydroMax X30 or graduate to the X40. My only concerns are being able to manipulate the pressure freely and safely remove the wine vacuum once I'm done pumping.

What are used to do is pump pump and let the water drip into a bucket underneath me. And when water would get on the floor he would give me the opportunity to wash my floors lol PE multitasking

Thank you brother I just saw that mod that never heard before. Certainly looks extremely efficient and powerful.

However, I believe currently the bathmate is out of my reach. Until now size was always a problem. They were not made big enough. Now, they have the new Bathmatextreme 11 which is 11 inches in total, BUT, its 300-350 bucks (shivering)

I am just asking about bathmate because I believe it can be incorporated in a modified routine with therapeutic heat for BPEL.

Problem Jack is there’s not too many people in the world with that issue. So since the demand is so low it doesn’t make a lot of sense for them to make one. So since the demand is so low it doesn’t make a lot of sense for them to make one. But let me see if I can make any noise to get them to go one step larger, can’t promise anything but I can try
