As the title of this thread are saying.
Question:
— Can I shut off only the power of the MOS-RED and let the switches for NIR and RED always be in the on position?
— Is this good for the electronics in the MOS-RED? The fan never stays on for cooling, when I turn the switches to their off position.
But maybe there is some shut of sequence, that is different from just cutting the power when I use the switches?
Maybe this can spare the switches, and it makes it more easy for me to turn MOS-RED on, and shut it off. I'm thinking I can turn it on and off with a remote instead.
If this is safe to do for the longevity of the MOS-RED? I always unplug MOS-RED when I'm done. So it will not turn on by mistake.
@DLD is there a way you can check this with MOS Shop? Or should I send them an e-mail about this?
