Alright so I’ll split them up.
1. Again I’m new to this and I’m just going based off of what I’ve read online. Some people say you can’t enlarge your penis, others say you can. From your experience how real is growth and penis enlargement? I just want to hear from your experience because again, I’ve never spoken to somebody who has experience and is directly involved with PE.
2. I know you can’t get specific because everybody’s bodies are different and there are a lot of variables. But what is a realistic time frame, from your educated guess, in how long it will take me to reach my goal for the gains I’m looking for? Will it take a few years? For even gaining an inch, is it realistic to gain an inch before the year is over or sooner?
The reason I ask is because I am busy with my schedule now and will only get more busy in the next year or two and this year is when I have the most time to dedicate to the routine. Also if I know a general timeframe, it will keep me focused and motivated each and everyday. I know you can’t give any definite answer, but just your educated guess with the experience you have with PE and coaching other guys who are or were in the same boat I currently am. Let me know if anything isn’t clear.
You answered those two questions completely. Sorry for the barrage of questions, I just had things I needed to get answered before moving forward. So the next thing is what do you recommend, staying with the phallosan forte or getting a silistretcher. I am willing to buy another device if it will help me achieve the results that I am working toward. If so which silistretcher model do you recommend I get?

Well that’s good. My main issue when driving with the PF was how uncomfortable the foam ring was, but I believe the belt you have doesn’t go around your shaft. Is it easy to put on and take off for bathroom breaks when I’m out on the road with the stealthstretcher?
Thanks for all the information. So you recommend the stealthstretcher with the hardcore belt then? And you said you have lifetime replacements for condoms or parts on the device?

I have just a couple of questions.
First, should I jump right into the sets and reps you mentioned or should I ease into it? For example there are 10 power assist exercises, do them for 3 sets of 60 seconds each right away or maybe start with 1 set each and only 30 seconds? What would you advice?
Second, I have been doing the bundled stretches as the very first stretch followerd immediately by expressive stretching. And then I did the basic stretches. You wrote it in a slightly different order, first bundled then basaic and then expressive. I just wanted to make sure if it should be done in that exact order or it doesnt matter?
Third, should I do this routine every day? Because usually I dont have time during weekend. But sometimes I happen to have time on Saturday, so it depends.
Fourth, the kegel exercises should be done erect? And how often to do them?
Fifth, the GIRTH work, how often should I do it? And what time should I wait after I do my length work to do girth?
It can be done both ways. You really want to get to a point of doing them all day long as you remember. The more the better and you can do them anywhere.
I have always done length in the morning and girth at night. That was what I was comfortable with doing. But you’re free to structure it as you see fit. You want to make this work for you, you don’t want to make it more difficult for you. So plan your routine around your schedule. It’s always best to do length first because it’s difficult to stretch when your expanded from girth.Fifth, the GIRTH work, how often should I do it?
