DLD,

We were going back and forth through email but there was an issue when asking questions. Let me know when you see this thread and I can ask the questions again.
 
Alright so I’ll split them up.

1. Again I’m new to this and I’m just going based off of what I’ve read online. Some people say you can’t enlarge your penis, others say you can. From your experience how real is growth and penis enlargement? I just want to hear from your experience because again, I’ve never spoken to somebody who has experience and is directly involved with PE.

PE work or I would not be here and the brotherhood would have nobody involved. We have been here for 20 years for a very good reason, what we do works. From my own experience I gained 2 inches in my first six months in length and a half inches and girth. My routine was much more extreme than most people but my growth came and it still is here today after 20 years. But go into the forum and check out the picture proof section and check out the routines and progress threads, this way you can see for yourself and that should motivate you big time.
2. I know you can’t get specific because everybody’s bodies are different and there are a lot of variables. But what is a realistic time frame, from your educated guess, in how long it will take me to reach my goal for the gains I’m looking for? Will it take a few years? For even gaining an inch, is it realistic to gain an inch before the year is over or sooner?

Body type really does not affect PE. Some people think so but I have never noticed any pattern of this and believe me I watch for every pattern. The only thing that really affects men is your fat pad and any man that starts PE should also start an exercise and diet program to lose the fat pad. I had gained 2 inches to 8 1/2 inches in length. But I had 2 inches of fat so you could see none of my growth! It was not until I lost all of my weight and got in shape so I could see that 2 inches. Eventually became 4 inches and that’s when I decided it was enough.
The reason I ask is because I am busy with my schedule now and will only get more busy in the next year or two and this year is when I have the most time to dedicate to the routine. Also if I know a general timeframe, it will keep me focused and motivated each and everyday. I know you can’t give any definite answer, but just your educated guess with the experience you have with PE and coaching other guys who are or were in the same boat I currently am. Let me know if anything isn’t clear.

People who are motivated and stick with the program and add intensity when necessary will do the best. With the program I write for most people I expect at least an inch in six months and a quarter inch at least in girth. I will hold you accountable if you do not train. If you do not update your progress thread every day I will come at you and make sure you’re doing what you need to do. But that’s all I can do, the rest is up to you. I’ll be with you the whole time and never abandon you but you need to believe and put the work in necessary.

i’m so glad we finally connected :-) things just get confused because I write so many routines every day that I get stuff mixed up once in a while. Thanks for your patience. I think you should go for the StealthStretcher, the SiliStretcher or Phallosan does not do traction. The StealthStretcher does everything, traction, vacuum, ADS/ANS, extender.... it’s like a Swiss Army knife of extenders.

If you compare the price to Phallosan we are practically half the price. For the price of the as the PF you can get both the StealthStretcher and a Lengthmaster! And have no worries on quality as you get a lifetime warranty if anything breaks. It’s just much smarter to buy through us because you’re going to get incredible support from the brotherhood and from me plus you have no worries on replacement.
 
Alright. In terms of wearing it out in public, is the stealthstretcher not gonna be obvious to people that I am wearing a device under my pants. I drive around all day for my job so I out in public and come into contact with many people, so I’d prefer it’s not obvious. Also are you saying to get both the silistretcher and the lengthmaster? Or were you just making the point that buying both would be cheaper than just buying one PF?
 
I was simply making a point that for the price they’re charging you which is ridiculous you can get the StealthStretcher and Lengthmaster about the same cost.

The StealthStretcher is extremely concealable used without rod system. There’s a video somewhere on the forum of somebody wearing it and then putting their pants on. I will try to find that for you. But when you’re using it as a vacuum system/ ADS it’s completely unnoticeable. Especially when you’re wearing it straight up or straight down. In your case I would also look at the hard-core belt in the store because that will give you even more options on ways to wear hidden.

in the work out I will create for you we will use the traction system as it is a very powerful way to grow. But when you’re driving around I would want you to use the SiliStretcher alone without the rods for comfort and flexibility.
 
Well that’s good. My main issue when driving with the PF was how uncomfortable the foam ring was, but I believe the belt you have doesn’t go around your shaft. Is it easy to put on and take off for bathroom breaks when I’m out on the road with the stealthstretcher?

That’s what I hear from every single PF user I don’t understand why they don’t create a more comfortable system especially for the robbery they charge for their subpar extender.

When PF was no longer working with us in a fair way we decided to create our own system and make it so much better than theirs. With Lightning at the helm he created the best vacuum stretcher, traction system, ADS/ANS available. Custom made fir SRT to be used actively or passively with complete comfort.

I simply give my ideas to lightning and he makes the magic happen. And sometimes my thoughts are very crazy so he’s able to understand that and create what I have in mind. ? I love the system we have here because the brotherhood is so involved with what we create and how we create it.

The belt system goes around your waist and it allows you to connect at so many different anchor points I’ll put a link below. For someone who is going to be using the SS without the rods it’s very smart to have all those options. Then when you’re at home we use the traction system.

Putting on and taking off the SS is very quick under a minute.

Yes lifetime replacement. And the belt is an awesome addition because we can make many other angles using it. I have already sent you your routine but I can make adjustments to it to include the belt. So check over my email and get back to me. Thanks my brother

I have just a couple of questions.

First, should I jump right into the sets and reps you mentioned or should I ease into it? For example there are 10 power assist exercises, do them for 3 sets of 60 seconds each right away or maybe start with 1 set each and only 30 seconds? What would you advice?

I think it best to ease in. Take your time and work up to the full routine. You can structure that to your preference. I want you to really personalize this routine and perfect it.
Second, I have been doing the bundled stretches as the very first stretch followerd immediately by expressive stretching. And then I did the basic stretches. You wrote it in a slightly different order, first bundled then basaic and then expressive. I just wanted to make sure if it should be done in that exact order or it doesnt matter?

The only order that matters is bundled stretching. They should always be done before both girth and length. As a matter of fact many brothers bundle every flaccid stretch.
Third, should I do this routine every day? Because usually I dont have time during weekend. But sometimes I happen to have time on Saturday, so it depends.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Fifth, the GIRTH work, how often should I do it? And what time should I wait after I do my length work to do girth?

It can be done both ways. You really want to get to a point of doing them all day long as you remember. The more the better and you can do them anywhere.

I have always done length in the morning and girth at night. That was what I was comfortable with doing. But you’re free to structure it as you see fit. You want to make this work for you, you don’t want to make it more difficult for you. So plan your routine around your schedule. It’s always best to do length first because it’s difficult to stretch when your expanded from girth.
