Dislocated Shoulder

Okay I dislocated my shoulder about months ago,it re dislocated again today when I woke up,I have been hiting the weights heavy lately.....

Now,I dont have the money to see a doctor so I piopped it back in to place myself......I was wondering if anyone else has had a dislocated shoulder and knows anything that can help the healing processs.

If you can find a copy of the book "The 7-Minute Rotator Cuff Solution" by Health for Life and follow the exercises it'll hook yer shoulders right back up. You might even be able to find it or excerpts from it online.
